"Efficient install"

Ryan, the engineer was super-efficient and approachable, explaining everything.
More information needs to be given in advance e.g. I wasn’t explained about requiring an accessible electric point so now I am left with an extension cable in a very unsafe place while I wait for an electrician to sort, had I known in advance I would have organised before the install as there was time between order & install. So many calls before to confirm the appointment, not all necessary in my view and became quite annoying.

The engineer arrived late. When I told him I needed to go to a meeting but I wanted to give me the instructions while I was in between he was dismissive. He kinda told me. I had to ask a few times to pay. And then now every time I try to drink water the machine makes lots noise.

Tadgh was a super plumber to have. Quick, tidy and efficient.
The only reason why you are minus the star is the confusion around the name Culligan. When I received the first text/message re filter update I didn't know who you were. I didn't realise that Celtic Water had been bought out. So there is lacking clarity around your brand tbh.
