They made it really easy to oder, guided me on best product. Constant communication and reminders. Really strong sales approach which worked. The Engineer was tidy, quick and helpful. The aftercare is a bit slack. Overall a reminder of old school sales and service. Delighted with my purchase.

It is unfortunate that they are not capable of testing the water before and after installation.
Difficult to understand that a company providing water treatment systems can't test water quality.

Take your prices down a bit and there will be more work

The unit fitted needed to be replaced after 4/5 days (faulty) BUT the replacement was put in within a couple of days and all good now
