"Very poor service."
Celtic water contacted me last week to arrange a service of our filtration system. Service was booked for 10 to 11 am on Fri 6th. The technician arrived at 12.15 and was gone again by 12.30. At the time I thought this guy is efficient & had no issue with the service fee of €170!! Unfortunately when we tried to run the water later Friday afternoon there was only a trickle coming through the tap. I have phoned & e-mailed the company several times in the last week but nobody has come back to rectify the problem which was not there before the service.
I have spoken to the technician who carried out the service and also another person from the company but a week later we are heading into a second weekend without water. I have no idea when this will be sorted even though the depot that look after this area is only one hour away from us. They don't respond to e-mails so looks like I will have to find another supplier for my water filtration.
If you are a potential customer of this company I would advise you to do likewise.

"Worst water softening company"
Worst water softening company,
I got a water softener installed with them and they do not comply with the advertisement that they provide stating that it should be 100% limescale free, the softener is useless, the water in the house has high limescale in it and the kettle is filled with limescale, tried contacting the manager and no response from him, all im told is hes in a meeting and will get back to you for the past week which is a joke at this stage. Payed €1050 for a useless water filter, Had two engineers call out to my house and they didnt fix the issue either and they mentioned that there is an issue with the water softener machine itself and now when I want a refund management wont get back to me.I wouldnt recommend them to anyone .

Culligan installed our water filtration system two years ago. We are delighted with the product. The staff are very friendly and efficient. We have had the system serviced twice now. Would highly recommend this product and company.

"They are worst of worst"
They are worst of worst. The EWT water softner is not working since they have installed. They said that I will see the result with in a week. It's been 2 months , no result, the macine doesn't consume salt at all. Thry have worst engineers in the world. I kept calling them to fix this issue, no luck yet.

**UPDATE: Contacted the company via email like they told me to and GOT NO REPLY! Completely ignored!! I want that system removed from my home and refunded fully! What a waste of time!! My neighbours have also said they are have been absolutely horrendous to them too. Once they get your system in and they are paid they don’t want to know you!
Absolutely painful company to deal with. Got the whole fresh water system in on the 13th of August. The more expensive one might I add, and it hasn’t worked since we got it! The fresh water tap barely lets out any water at all so we have no fresh water in the house with 3 kids needing water! I call them and they tell me nobody can come look at it FOR TWO WEEKS! They said they would put me on a cancellation list but of course nothing came from that. Now 2 weeks later, call them again since they never gave us a date to come, they spend hours trying to find our order in the first place and then tell us they had us in for Wednesday but the guy that was doing it is off sick so they’d have to reschedule and AGAIN put us on a cancellation list! If someone does not come on Wednesday latest to fix the system they can take the whole thing back! It’s been nothing but trouble and they are the worst to deal with on the phone! So quick to come out to install and then don’t want to know you after!

"I tried several times to get someone to…"
I tried several times to get someone to come and service the filter I had bought from them but it kept getting rescheduled, I ended up ordering the parts online from their website and doing it myself. However not all the correct filters were shipped as I seems one wasn't in stock. I called twice get try and get the correct filter, both times being told I'd get a call back, which didn't happen.
--- I subsequently got a call from a helpful person and she was able to get me the right part, much appreciated.
