I have been a customer of Celtic Water Solutions, now part of Culligan, for a number of years. I have a Water Softener System, Carbon Filter tank and a 6 Stage Reverse Osmosis System. All these were supplied and fitted by Celtic Water Solutions. I also get these serviced every year by Celtic Water. I’ve only recently had the annual service and as usual there were no issues. Service engineer was very professional and informative. Same service price as the previous year which was good news considering everything increasing in price nowadays. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this or any other experience I’ve had with Celtic Water Solutions. The products are good and all run efficiently. After the service call I did a hard water test using ph and water hardness test strips. The water from the mains and before going through the water softener and reverse osmosis system was above the 250ppm mark but below the 400ppm mark (I estimated around 300ppm). After going through the water softener and reverse osmosis system it was measuring at the 25ppm mark. So a massive improvement. I also phoned Celtic Water regarding a query about the water softener setting following my water test and James (service engineer) called me back to talk me through the system to make sure everything was ok. The drinking water tastes great and there are no limescale deposits in the kettle, shower doors etc. Very happy customer.
