An absolute disgrace!! They managed to send me a broken radiators for 4 times and to not answer to any follow-up email... I was supposed to get a 100 pounds refunds but of course they disappeared.

Do not use this Company, ordered two towel rails, still not received. No one answering the phone. Looking on Companies House one of the two Directors has left the Company. They are just taking your money but not delivering any goods. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

spent £1500 on radiators and they said the all the items were not in and I could split the order. I asked for a refund on 25th January and still no refund. Barclaycard have said they have made NO attempt to refund me.
Have now fully disputed the payment with Barclaycard!

If I could give zero stars I would. I just wish I had found these reviews from all the other unfortunate customers who have purchased from this company. I too have been scammed by them. I have returned a radiator/towel rail to them confirming to their request to upload 4 pictures of the radiator/agree to restocking charge etc etc. The radiator was collected almost 3 weeks ago & I have heard nothing. No sign of any refund & , like others, I email these scammers everyday & get no response. Please please do not trust them. They are awful to deal with & I have ended up with no goods & no refund. Not a reputable company

I have used this company for 2 substantial orders both around £4000 and i am still awaiting a refund for partial of my order I chase this daily via Email No response for months and also Live chat only to be told the same response which is extremely unhelpful, the service has been extremely poor and completely unacceptable my request is simple and can be addressed very quickly extremely disappointed.

They were very quick to offer me numerous options of the original radiators which they said they now didn't have stock but still kept my money. I eventually purchase different style of radiator (at an additional cost to my original order) and they still haven't turned up. No one is replying to any of my emails and I have a job which is now over 4 weeks behind schedule. They are a cowboy outfit run by people who don't give a sh!t about the customers they just want their money!!! Don't use them!!

I ordered a Burlington toilet seat from this company it was an excellent price however when it didn’t arrive on specified date I read reviews & was very sceptical that it would arrive at all & contact with the company was quite difficult though they did reply to emails. However it did arrive on the date they said which was a week later than originally specified & I have to say the delivery company APC were excellent & I’m very happy with the product & a great price though if you are in a hurry but elsewhere!

Absolutely awful company and terrible customer service. Ordered one radiator a month in advance of my bathroom refurb and picked a delivery slot for the week of the refurb. It did not arrive on the delivery date. I phoned Luxpad and waited on hold for 40 mins to be told that the radiator would not be with me for over a week. My bathroom fitters would have finished the job by then so I had to get an alternative radiator. Luxpad would not cancel the order and said I would have to reject the delivery or return it at no charge. The radiator then turned up unexpectedly the next day whilst I was at work and was left outside my flat. I started the returns process and was told it would cost me £50! I opted to keep the radiator (despite no use for it) rather than return it to this thieving company.

"Damaged Radiator refused replacement"
Purchased a few radiators a month ago delivery was quick no problems, then my plumber went to install them and 1 was damaged one of the inlets were bent and a rust patch, but apparently its my fault asbthe box was not opened with in 48 hrs of delivery, the box was not damaged, no way to contact customer services I filled out a form for a email to be sent saying no chance of a refund. Stay away from this ridiculously crap company. Can't even be arsed to sort the problem out
