"Took money for items they clearly did…"
Took money for items they clearly did not have in December 2021. They also had no idea when the items would be in. Money still not returned since purchase on December 11th 2021. I have called and emailed more than once and submitted an approved request for a refund on Jan 5th 2022.
The writing on the website and subsequent generic correspondence is totally inaccurate and contradictory. It is nauseatingly self-pitying with regards to issues and covid. An avalanche of excuses and nonsense designed to delay complaints or legal action.Covid has not prevented other companies providing stellar service and refunds sometimes in hours.
Absolute waste of time. They still have 1000 pounds of my money as it stands.
Do not use.

"Update"
Update. I tried posting this review Jan 12th, but per the current warning about site misuse, it looks like they have tried to block negative reviews. This tells you all you need to know about the company.
I did call them Jan 11th warning them that if they didn't return my money the review would be forthcoming. They clearly got ahead of me there. Though, Jan 13th, they did actually return my money.
Really wasn't worth the stress and effort though.
AVOID!!!
Review as per Jan 12th below.
Fraudsters
Designer Radiator Concepts are scammers and fraudsters.
I would give them zero stars if I could.
DO NOT engage with them. You will not receive product or your money back.
What annoys me most about my saga is not the money, but the fact they treat you like a fool and with utter contempt behind the veneer of a fancy website.
At the end of October I ordered a radiator and immediately confirmed delivery due November 8th. Come the day, I stayed in and waited and waited. No email, no radiator. I called the next day, they apologised and stated delivery would be delayed until end of November.
That evening, on the website I checked the same radiator and via the live chat asked about delivery. I was told it was in stock and I could pick any delivery date. I then explained that I had already ordered and was told I would get called next day. I did get called only to be told it was all dependent on manufacturers stock, thus end Nov.
On the next delivery day, having waited in vain again, I called and, guess what? Delivery end Dec. See the pattern here?
I then went to the lovely people at
nwtdirect.co.uk
who managed to deliver the same radiator at a lower price within a week.
I then cancelled the order in early December but despite much chasing via their very fancy automated answering system, I am still waiting for my money back.
Moral. Do read the Trustpilot reviews on websites, they will give you good pointers.
DON'T engage with this fraudulent company.

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!"
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! They are a complete sham. I ordered 5 electric radiators over a month ago. I was not informed of any delays when I placed the order. I was lied to repeatedly and given false delivery dates in the full knowledge they would not be met. No communication at all apart from one sham email saying they were with the delivery company and would be sent out within the next 2-3 days, that was on the 25 May!!! No sign of delivery yet. Now promised for next week, before Friday but I have no confidence this delivery will be met so have now cancelled my order and am waiting for someone to contact me. I could not speak to a manager and was told I would get a call on the same day to update me about my order and from the Ben, Customer Relations Manager. Despite emailing twice have not heard anything. What annoys me most is the appalling customer services and repeated lies. Only order from this company at your peril.

"Very disappointed..."
Upon reading the reviews here the vast majority related to the previous owners. I don’t know if Mr Hoole has turned the company and it’s reputation around but judging by the latest reviews it appears not and my own experience so far shows they still have problems with quality control.
I ordered a Reina Elisa towel radiator in early January this year. The reason for doing so was it would be a direct swap with one already installed that doesn’t throw out enough heat and the Reina BTU rating was what we wanted (I hope we can trust that it is so).
The rad was delivered about a week after the promised delivery date which given Covid I was happy with but when I opened it one of the rails as bent.
Eventually after very difficult communications the damaged rad was collected and a new one delivered at the same time but that too had a bent rail so the delivery company took it back. I’m waiting to hear when a replacement will be delivered and you have to ask why is this happening and it is either (a) rubbish product and no quality control despite their fine words to the contrary or (b) rubbish handling by the delivery company despite fine words to the contrary.
I won’t bother to go into the ridiculous attempts to get in touch with them by phone or the useless live chat promises that they don’t keep or the pointless, meaningless responses to emails that bang on about their problems during Covid and new business system that doesn’t work properly and won’t address why I’ve had 2 rads delivered damaged.
I have every sympathy with any business trying to operate in these conditions and understand all businesses have to upgrade their internal procedures whether computerised or not but there is no excuse for damaged goods being sent out and delivered.
Reina - do your job properly and give me what I ordered or give me my money back and I will go elsewhere. You aren’t the only game in town.

"AVOID - ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO ITEMS"
Personally I wouldn't use Ordered a heated Towel rail several weeks ago, delivery stated in 7 days nothing arrived. I've waited for 2 lots of 60 mins for the chat, for Katie advise that she would dispatch it this week, (1) why was it never dispatched anyway and (2) I've not received it. Sent two emails with no response. I would seek another company. I will now have to go to Visa to advise I want to file a complaint that this company is fraud...

"What a shambles of a company."
What a shambles of a company.
Free valves promised for my towel rails, and didn't recieve any for either of the towel rails.
Complained got nowhere.
Wrote a poor review on Trust pilot and received an email from Ryan that if i promised to take down the poor review I would receive my free valves.
Removed the post only one set of free valves arrived, bearing in mind it was free valves per towel rail. They couldn't even get that right.
Ryan agreed he would send the missing ones out and assured that I now have his direct email address it would be sorted.
Several weeks and emails later, I still haven't received them.
Total rubbish company will never use again

"Four months after installation and a…"
Four months after installation and a range of technical issues our kitchen/dining area still doesn't warm up adequately. Some of the radiator panels would not warm up initially, control valves leaked and self-bleeding valves did not work. Now that they are 'working', the rooms take an age to warm up because all of the heat appears to head straight off the top of the radiator into the ceiling space. The heating capacity claimed to be provided is well in excess of the room requirements. I would not recommend these heaters.

"I ordered a Reina Luna radiator before…"
I ordered a Reina Luna radiator before seeing the reviews on trust pilot and then started to worry once I had.
It was meant to be next day delivery and I suspected that it wouldn't arrive so was planning to chase it up, but I got a call at midday from a lady called Jane at the company saying that they didn't have the radiator in stock and it'd be another 8 weeks or so for delivery. Here we go I thought, all part of the scam.
She offered an alternative radiator but I asked for a refund, which she agreed to and said it'd take between 3-5 working days and that she'd call me again once it had been processed. I was still dubious, but at about 5pm I received an email from them saying they were giving me a refund and about 5 mins later an email from PayPal saying I'd been refunded.
All I can say is that A) I'm surprised it went so smoothly given the horror stories and B) Maybe the new owner has turned the company around. Thought I'd share as I was pleasantly surprised.

"Fraudsters"
The owners Paul Martin Whybrow and Graham Hoole are professional fraudsters.
I paid for 4 radiators in June 2017 that were never delivered, they promised to repay me the monies but never did it.
I have referred this crime to the police in September 2017, and obtained a CCJ against Paul Martin Whybrow in November 2017 (which he did not dispute) which I am now trying to enforce through the English Courts.
Mr. Whybrow is refusing to pay back the monies that were obtained from me.
