"Terrible company"

Terrible company. Bought two radiators from the last yearm that were never delivered (Actually bought four, two were delivered and the two more expensive ones never were). Owner does not answer my calls nor replies to my emails. Avoid like the plague!!

"WORST COMPANY EVER - NO RADIATOR and £1250 LOST"

I ordered a radiator in Jan 2017. They took payment immediately and told me it would be about 6 weeks. For the last 3-4 weeks the phone just rings out, no reply to my voicemails or emails (although they have read them as I sent a read receipt).
In despair I contacted the manufacturer direct and it turns out they dont deal with this company even though they are using their material (logo/photos etc) on the website.
I am so upset about this and Paul - te man I dealt with should be ashamed of this terrible service and what amounts to fraud.
I will be taking this further. How could you do this.
Extremely disappointed.

"DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY"

I placed an order with Designer-Radiators. com in January. At that time I actually spoke to someone. But now we're in March and the goods have failed to arrive. Despite me sending numerous mails, leaving many, many voicemails I have heard nothing and am £800.00 out of pocket. Next stop the BBC's consumer programme.

"Are these guys still in business?"

I ordered a radiator on the 27th December 2016 which was on a 1-3 day delivery. The money was taken from my credit card on the same day and the order was acknowledged by email no further communication has come from Designer Radiators since.

I phoned the company on the 4th of January and managed to speak to someone. I was informed that the radiator would be delivered on Friday, 6th Jan 2017, if this was not possible they said they would get back to me.

No radiator arrived on the Friday and since then I have not been able to make contact with the company by phone or email. As of the 12th Jan 2017 the phone just rings with no answer.

I strongly suspect that I have lost my money and will never see the radiator that I ordered.

Please be very careful before ordering anything from this website as you risk losing your money.

"Appalling service, lack of communication, false information"

My experience with this company was an unfolding nightmare. I ordered the radiator online on September 2, it was due within three-four weeks. I was on a deadline with my builder. On September 29, after several calls and emails, Paul told me the radiator has come in from Europe, where it was made, but was cracked (that can happen with stone products, so I completely understood). He offered me a refund or to order a replacement. He said it would be about two-three weeks. As the radiator was customised for my needs and I had the building work done to that specification, I ordered a replacement. Three weeks later I had not heard anything and I put in several calls and emails to Paul, just to get an update so I could keep my builder informed, with no response. Finally, on October 21, I emailed requesting a refund as I had received no after sales service and was no longer confident I would receive my product. Paul replied almost immediately to that email, saying that, as I had agreed to the replacement order, made on 29 September, I was not entitled to a refund. However, magically apparently that evening he had news and the radiator was ready. I could have it the following Wednesday. I agreed, my husband made arrangements to stay home from work to receive it. On Monday Paul confirmed delivery for Wednesday. On Tuesday he emailed to say he forgot the delivery would take two days not one, so could we have it on Thursday, and he was organising the delivery company. Again we rearranged our lives so my husband could be at home on Thursday, which was the last day we could receive it as we were going away and our builder had another job. An hour later I received a call from the radiator manufacturer (based in Kent), who said they were very sorry but this was the first they had heard about a delivery and they couldn't do deliver it by Thursday. They told me the radiator was only ordered on 12 October (two weeks after I agreed on a replacement) and, there was no previous radiator ordered, they knew nothing about a cracked radiator which had been sent back. At this point I realised Paul had just strung me along. I don't think it was done through malice, I believe he made mistake or forgot to order my product, but just kept hoping he could fob me off until he could get it sorted out. However, the apparent lies and lack of communication were appalling and left me very out of pocket as it held up the building work by weeks, and I now have to pay to have the electrician come back to install the radiator. The only positive point I can say is that when I confronted Paul with evidence from the manufacturer, he immediately agreed to refund my money. However, not once through the entire distressing process did I receive an apology or an explanation for his apparent incompetence and/or deception. I would stay away from this company. Go straight to the manufacturers, Marble Heating, or use one of their other agents.

"Italian Radiators"

Very easy to deal with, always kept informed, even though delivery was a few weeks, we knew this from the start.
Radiator delivered and looks brilliant! - much better than the cheap DIY shop alternatives.

"FAB ITALIAN RADIATOR"

Recently bought a Bisque Free Flow radaitor from Deisgner Radiators. Absolutley stunning to look at and 'does the job it was intended for'. Designer Radaitors were friendly and easy to deal and were prompt at chasing the company when there was a slight delay in the product arriving. Definitely use them again. AH from Surrey
