I recently bought a flight pass with Optiontown and their customer service has been great however the website has been a bit clunky.

"Update on Refund"
So I would like to post an updated review regarding my experience with OptionTown.
Following my last review, I had to open a dispute with my bank to get them to refund the amount that was debited twice. This took over a month before they verified it.
I received an email from OptionTown (27th November) saying they would refund me for the flightpass that I wasn't able to use.
They then sent this email on the the 12th December
"Dear Guest,
Thank you for contacting Optiontown.
We would like to advise you that the refund has already been processed and now the amount must have reflected in your bank statement as well.
Please do let us know, if still any issue exist.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter."
I responded to say that the refund hadn't been reflected and that I had naturally opened a dispute with my bank.
Following this, they threatened me by email , that they would not refund my money.
I received this email today
"Dear Guest,
Thank you for contacting Optiontown.
We would like to inform you that since you have already raised dispute with your bank hence we can not process any refund, we would like to request you to kindly close the discpute with your bank and then we can process your refund accordingly"
So if the refund was processed, and should have reflected in my bank account, how are they now telling me that they won't refund me? Clearly they didn't even process the refund to begin with and are now claiming rubbish.
This company is a SCAM and they withhold peoples money and give them the run around instead of refunding them.
NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY !!!!

I needed to change the ticket (reissuing) after my passenger had a no show. The options of what i could do offered to me were excellent. Optiontown was able to change the ticket for my stranded passenger to another date promptly. Many thanks
