"Unusable"

Have 2 perx reward cards. Activated them in December and now that I’m trying to log into my account to check my balance it’s not working. It’s saying my password is incorrect (it’s not) and then when I try to reset my password, the reset link never gets sent. A disaster

Disgusting service, they don't work on weekends just when everyone is making shoppings. The online service is terrible, if I could give it a negative rating, I would.

Got it from company and they have like 5 different pages to activate (company changed owner or something and on google the old page is still top result). You need 3 different codes and apparently you cant delete your account whet you empty the card? Really not worth it.

"Avoid at all costs - ZERO customer service!"

Cannot add card to existing account ''card restricted to another portal', whatever that means! I got this card as a Christmas bonus from work. No answer from phonecalls or emails to the Perx site. Work are at a loss too. Total scam. Avoid at all costs. Work are reverting back to One 4 All next Christmas, as we never had problems using them before. Perx losing out, as the bonuses are a €1000 per employee and there's nearly 700 employees in the company!

"EMPLOYERS STAY AWAY!!!!!!!"

They are obviously making it hard to activate the card and use the card so that most people get angry and turned off the card and In turn forget about the card so it eventually runs out of date and pex get to keep the money that is loaded onto the card. Probably the most people who are buying perx cards are employers giving them to employees as a bonus is what I would say is to stay away if your an employer and use an alternative as this service just makes people frustrated and angry which also be bad news for you as an employer as the employee might feel he is getting done out of it and could potentially leave the company!!!

"Cannot manage registered card"

DREADFUL, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID....
I can’t log into their new website to manage my card despite having registered that card. The forgot password option does not work
I’ve emailed Perx customer support with zero resolution. If I could give zero star I would.
Shocking customer experience, avoid at all costs and shop elsewhere

"Awful service"

Awful service, awful support. Going logging a complaint with CCPC. No answer to emails. Customer support have no idea what they are doing and are purposely dropping or avoiding calls. Terrible company

"Lousy service, lousy customer support!"

I have two ongoing problems with Perx cards. The first, a problem with last year’s card which they promised to fix but didn’t. The second, I can’t log into their new website to manage my new card despite having registered that card without hassle. Using the “forgot password” route doesn’t work!
I’ve emailed Perx customer support several times and with the exception of one reply which was entirely unhelpful, they have been silent. I began dialogue on the 16/12/23, as of yet, no resolution.

"AVOID perx as unable to unlock card"

AVOID perx as unable to unlock card. Zero customer service no follow up despite numerous emails to customer support. Will be advising my employer not to use them again.

This company does not know the meaning of customer service! I have €700 of ecards that will not register. I have called once, emailed 3 times since and mothing! The 1st card was issued to me in November!
