"AVOID at all costs"
AVOID at all costs. Have been trying to get an issue sorted since November with zero help. When I try to use the card i discover it is ‘blocked’ whatever that means. The whole purpose of the card was to be able to use it over the Christmas and still nothing from them. I’ve emailed repeatedly just to be ignored. Myself and my brother who also received a card is having this same issue. It is an absolute disgrace that they are taking people’s money but leaving them unable to use the card.

UPDATE FEB 27TH:
After further back and forth with their ‘customer service’ (ongoing since November 2023) they are yet to fix the issue - apparently systems were ‘changed’ in October. This is hardly the customers fault and am still unable to access my funds, which is a substantial amount of money. Absolutely disgraceful and am currently speaking with a solicitor in regards to this as they are essentially stealing from customers.

"Would give this less than one star if I…"
Would give this less than one star if I could. Registration and activation process is so difficult and frustrating to navigate. I have never encountered such a challenge entering my birthdate on a website. The email, password and verification process was even worse. I was tempted to cut my losses and throw the card in the bin. Finally got it registered on the ninth attempt. I have heard similar stories from colleagues some of whom had further problems using the card afterwards.

"AVOID!!"
AVOID!!! An absolute nightmare to set this card up and when I eventually managed to get it set up it got hacked. Now I have to wait weeks for a new replacement card with the amount to be refunded. All the security measures Perx put in place this year, which makes it so hard to get set up, and they still manage to get hacked. It's laughable.
Never again will I recommend this card to my Employer.

"No way of spending online"
No way of spending online, it is displaying online my balance but showing a bunch of random numbers and letters so I cannot use it. Assuming the support team are overburdened with queries by the looks of it and kudos to them. Seems to be really poorly designed..

"Perx Cards and their unending complications"
Had been receiving perx cards from my employer for the past couple of years with no issues. However, the card I received for Christmas remains locked and unverified due to the maddening intricacies of the perx site.
Firstly, it took me a week to actually log into the site due to a change in how perx issues its cards. I only found out this after an email went unanswered for days. But even after finally logging into the site I'm unable to verify my card, this is despite submitting all the required details (inc a code issued by my employer). As of now, I have no Christmas bonus and no immediate hope of ever unlocking the card. Such a simple thing made hugely complicated by a company which appears to have no customer service to speak of.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
The customer service and sales department are clueless, I spent a total of 3 hours on hold over the space of 24hrs.
I've previously used ONE4ALL vouchers which are a straight forward and pleasant company to deal with.
However, everything about this experience with PERX was wrong from the get go, trying to get through to customer service is a nightmare and once you do, they answer the phone and leave you waiting. Across the space of 24hrs I had to make over 20 calls to customer service whom off which never solved the problem and I still haven't received my digital cards after I have sent proof of payment.
The 2 extremely rude customer service representatives were name Christina and Anastasia.
Christina in particular was snappy, rude and actually laughed at the fact I hadn't received my cards and she then proceeded to transfer me to the wrong department after I was on hold for a further 20 minutes.

"Fix my card PERX"
Card is stuck in activation lock with no way of unlocking it, was instructed to enter in my surname to unlock it by my work. Every time i do it says unable to verify cardholder. Seems to recognise my surname as the key though, just won't work for whatever reason. Emailed them with a response many days later, replied to that email with the requested details and havent heard back in 9 days, even after a follow up email. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, noticed they keep responding to reviews asking people to reply to DM's (whatever that means) even though they took 4 million years to respond to mine and then abandoned it for nine days.

Unable to use my card. Have registered the card, can see my balance but can not purchase anything in-store or online. Would definitely not recommend this card, not worth the hassle.

"Locked out of my account and card not working!"
I can't seem to access my account. Password and email are correct, but when I try to reset my password, I get no email. My card is connected to my account. I attempted to contact customer service, but received no assistance.
