"Got this card as a gift from work"

Got this card as a gift from work. Activated the card, but the 3DS will not work. I am not getting the texts through, tried to call but don’t even waste your time. I will never opt for this type of voucher again, absolute nightmare!!!

This is still unresolved as I got a generic email not specifying my issue!!

"Terrible service"

Terrible service. I’ve had nothing but issues when trying to use this card online. Most recently the 3ds secure text is not coming through when I try to verify my card. Very frustrating. I had to call customer service previously when I had an issue setting the card up and that took over 45 mins to get speaking with someone….

"The perfect gift for your worst enemy"

This has to be the worst company I've ever dealt with, the sooner they close down for good, the better it will be for everyone!! 3DS is just a waste of time.

"Incredibly poor experience"

Incredibly poor experience

The same procedure as every year with this lot.

All of the problems that are raised here would be easily addressed if they put any effort at all into trying to make the product and the experience usable for people. They've been doing this for years but they've never thought about what a web form should look like and how people might use it. Why does it ask me for my surname and then say "INVALID SURNAME"? Why do you have a section for "Profile" but I can't complete it? Why does the icon for "Home" actually log you out and prompt you to log in again? Why do we ask for "Security Code" which people familiar with credit/debit cards expect to mean one thing but in this case, aha no, it means something else? The slightest bit of attention to detail, the slightest bit of care, would address these things and mean their customer support wasn't always in a meltdown where you're 57th in line.

"Absolute Nightmare"

Absolute nightmare registering the card. The card does not work for online transactions. They say Perx is accepted everywhere MasterCard is accepted - it is absolutely NOT!!! Dont be tempted to contact Customer service - Customer service do not answer the phones - don't even bother trying to call. Emailed them every day for the last 4 days and only get redundant auto-replies. I got this card as a gift and honestly would prefer to have got nothing. Such a waste.

"UPDATE STILL NO CARDS I have been trying to contact customer…"

I have been trying to contact customer service due to our cards not working with no luck been on hold over an hour and then asked to leave a voicemail. What does it take to get a response?

There is no DM's here the cards were ordered 2 weeks ago and still not here! It's one week until Christmas and staff are in bits over this.

"Uncontactable avoid!!"

If I could give 0 star I would, can not contact them at all,on hold an hour yesterday and today and no reply to email sent either... Terrible customer service
Replied to the DM yesterday and still no contact today!!!
Another DM saying a manager will make contact but when??
Still no contact from perx and if I don't hear from them today it would be Monday at the earliest....almost a week trying to contact them!! That's some customer service 👎👎
Nearly 1 week now waiting to be contacted by them now in regards registration , avoid avoid because if you need to contact them you haven't a hope 👎👎

"No thanks, I couldn't be bothered"

I have been getting these cards from my employer every Christmas for the past 7 years and to be honest they are that much hassle I would prefer not to be even given one as a gift.
To expand on the above statement:
1. Vast majority of online stores reject them as not recognised even though they are advertised as being like Mastercard.
2. In store look at them and say they don't accept. them and then you have to go through a big ordeal of explaining to them how to use them.
3. They cannot be topped up or merged therefore only useful for a purchase to the exact amount on the card.
4. Unnecessary charges if you don't use them up within the year.
5. Cannot be added to Apple Pay or Google Wallet.
6. Cannot be used to pay off a Credit Card balance.
7. Poor website and difficulty activating the cards.
8. Impossible to get through to customer support.

"Customer service doesn't exist"

0*. I cannot use the digital card online. Problem is with 3D Secure. Transaction is declined. Customer service doesn'texist, it just say "you are number 54 in queue" AVOID
