"Useless and no help"

Useless and no help, I have the card activated but I can’t register rendering the card useless. Website FAQ is no help and I put all my info in to register and it just reloads the page when I hit enter.

"Letters in card number! Can’t use it!"

My card is active but the card number contains letters and I can’t use it!!! What is this nonsense??? Can’t get hold of anyone from Perx. Really worried money is lost/taken from me now!!

Update: Card re-issued, problem resolved. Thank you!

"Beware Don't attempt to use this company.."

Don't attempt to use this company... weeks waiting for card after paying for it.. no customer response since they received my money... hours wasted on the phone......
Currently going to bank to initiate a charge back as the lack of correspondence and reply I am suspicious that I am being scammed

"If I could give a zero I would this…"

If I could give a zero I would this company is absolutely shocking. Received my card after 1 month waiting after payment. They initially claimed they didn’t receive payment even with remittance. Received card today but it won’t activate. No one answers the phone and the girl I was previously talking to told us she is being let go and was crying on the phone. I’m really worried I’ve lost the money and this company are going bust? 66 in the queue on phone now. Have emailed but keep saying a manager is looking into it. It’s disgusting unprofessional behaviour.

"Very Poor Customer Service"

I placed an ordered for PERX Physical cards a day ago, no communication from the team yet, I have been on phone all day trying to get through the sales or customer service, nothing at all. You wait over 45 mins in a queue only to be told just as you get to the top that due to high call volumes they can’t answer your call. The instruction is to leave a message and they will return your call or email them.

"I used this company last year with huge…"

I used this company last year with huge difficulty and extreme frustration and due to not having another option for giving a bonus, I tried I don't know how many times again this year to get sorted early - to no avail. EXTREMELY poor customer service and horrifically hard to navigate their online portal.

"I cannot make contact with perx by…"

I cannot make contact with perx by phone and email. So frustrating. So I’m in contact with the consumer Rights Ireland as are many of my colleagues.
I have a card for €500 that is registered and active. No store will take it and It won’t work for online shopping.
Sadly I’m not alone as many of my colleagues have similar issues

"Zero Customer Service"

Zero Customer Service
We opened an account last week to pay bonuses to staff for Christmas. Lodged money into the account. Can not for the life of us figure out how to order cards for individual staff members. We have made countless attempts to speak directly with customer service - both by phone and email, to no avail. We were on hold one day for over 40 minutes, when the hold music switched to a voice note that due to the high number of calls they were unable to answer and we should leave a message. We have been trying several times a day - by calling different numbers, selecting different options and by emailing, every day, to no avail. This company has our money and we now have no way of rewarding staff for their hard work throughout the year. We consider this as serious as stealing our money.

Spent over 1 hour on a call to the get a voicemail. I was told I would be contacted. Have yet to hear from them. Sent an email about it and again nothing back. The customer experience is so so bad. Wouldn't recommend!!

"Previous happy customer, will never use again due to shocking customer service"

I’ve happily used this company 3 times before. I’ve never had as many issues as this year. I am nearly 3 weeks trying to order cards for staff. Getting nowhere with email and phone is beyond impossible. You wait over 20 mins in a queue only to be told just as you get to the top that due to high call volumes they can’t answer your call. The instruction is to leave a message and they will return your call or email them. No one has called back in over 2 weeks and after leaving a few messages. No reply to emails also. Don’t know why they say that in voicemail if they can’t reply! I completely understand that it’s a busy period but at this stage I’ve left 3 voicemails and sent about 10 emails in the last 3 weeks. Shocking customer service. I’ll be using another provider this year and will never use perx again,
