extremely bad customer service!!! Stay away from them. I wonder if there is even anybody doing "customer service" in this company because they do not even bother to reply to emails.
I don't know who runs this company but they should read the reviews and get on it!

if there was a -1 star - this is what Perx would be getting. terrible customer service, terrible system, transactions rejected for no reason and all you can get as a response from Perx is that its everybody else's fault, but not theirs.

"Where Is My Refund???"

Recently received a virtual Perx card as a work incentive. Purchased something from a company I buy from regularly. When I initially tried to place my order online the card details wouldn’t work so I phone the company’s customer service (who are always excellent) & gave the Perx card details over the phone & it worked. On receiving the items they didn’t fit so returned for a refund which was processed by the company extremely quickly. Well over a week later & the amount hasn’t been refunded to my Perx card, normally a card refund happens 2-3 days later maximum. Clearly Perx are withholding the funds!!! Have attempted to phone the UK customer services phone no but it doesn’t work, have also sent a message via your enquiry form…..no response!! Extremely poor customer service, I hope my company don’t use you again. Would just like to spend what is my incentive.

Ordered and paid for staff cards on 20/12/2022. Perx have not acknowledged the payment or shipped our orders. The telephone number is an ansering machine that tells you to ring the number you just rang and hangs up.

I have made a complaint to ombudsmans today.

"Funds Gone - No Cards, No Support!!!"

One of the worst Business Services I've ever had to del with. We are over 2 months waiting for Cards. Perx (EML Payments) have our funds all this time. The Support is unbelievably bad. Each email takes 7-10 days to get a response. When you receive a response its usually a repeat of the last one or "our team are working on it" etc etc. Dozens of emails. This is a "MasterCard" back service - hard to believe such a giant corporation would team up with this company and destroy their credibility and reputation.
For business owners, remember all this chasing is costing you costly Labour Hours, the savings are lost - just on the chasing work, if indeed you ever get the funds on to a card. . . This setup is increasingly looking like a SCAM operation. There is no reason why Cards ( a piece of plastic) cannot be credited up and shipped to Customer in a few days. So why are teh funds held up for so long with zero reasons, support from the Company. I am reporting these guys to the Central Bank in Ireland (Financial Regulator) before I lose any more time and indeed the funds deposited. There are many other Service Providers now in this space who can do the job. AVOID

"HORRIFIC customer service"

HORRIFIC customer service - the worst experience I've ever had with a company. They're quick to accept orders and ask for payment, then they don't care about any issues you might have. I've gotten nowhere chasing an issue (that is their fault) for 2 months.

One of the worst companies to deal with to place orders with zero loyalty to long term customers. We will be using Allgo cards going forward to place new orders.

Nowhere accepts this card that I can find. Plus they take a fee every month to "manage" the account, and I have never used it! I wouldn't thank my employer if they gave me one of these, no matter how much money was on it.

Terrible customer service, takes at least a week for Perx to reply to each correspondence. Repeatedly ask for same information Card is still not activated
