i have to virtual cards that have expired and all Perx support need to do is click a button to make them valid
again i have called their support Five or six time
and mailed loads also - no ticket number no accountability - no date when issue will be resolved
i would never use these again -BUYER BEWARE

Placed an order 6 cards for employees on December 22 -thinking I wouldn't have it for them by Christmas but would definitely be by end December. I thought it was a bit odd that payment had to be made via SEPA to a German bank account, but went ahead and transferred just over €3k. I can log into account and it shows paid, but no cards issued. Tried all customer support options and no answers or response - how does to Central Bank continue to authorise these guys? 9th Jan still nothing from them, account just reads "money received" but nothing processed
*Update - on 16th January I received a response, to say they were working through their backlog. Cards were issued next day and received 2 days later. So moving rating to 3 stars.

Total waste of time and effort as found that retailers WON`T take the card unless used on line. If given a Perx card as a gift your screwed unless you can get the login details. AVOID.

Hi company got us these cards never had before found card to be quite handy no issues no problems in shops or online over all my experience is great when spending with this card rgds john

I ordered and paid for over 5000 euro worth of cards 10 days ago They have not arrived my staff finished today and no cards . I cannot get through to customer service although they were quick enough to take my money.

This company is most un professional, they took our monies on the 14/12 to the tune of & €15k and only to be refunded on the 21/12 without an explanation as to why, very disappointing…
I have tried calling them for several days now along with several emails sent and to date no reply, so I’m professional

"Desperate customer service"
Desperate customer service. I placed my order and paid €6,000 on the 15th December for staff Christmas Gifts. Cards never arrived and I can’t get through on the phone and no reply to my emails. This is despite being told cards would be dispatched within 2 working days.

I Would give 0 Stars if possibly . The worst experience with a company i have ever come across. After sending numerous emails to get a tracking reference for my order,i received one two weeks prior to my first email, which turned out to be invalid . the customer service does not exist . i will never use this company again !

"Very disappointing"
Got one of these as a Christmas gift from work, I'd of rather got nothing, card can only be added to Google wallet and haven't found anywhere I can spend it online. What's the point if it is so limited.
