Within a few days I had what I ordered delivered. They are quick to respond to my emails, to deliver the product on time and gave me the tracking number so I could track my supplies. I will definitely order from Medex Supply again!

The customer service representative was so rude and unprofessional. I have a better word in mind of the type of personality that came across but I promised myself that I will never use that word to describe anyone except in my own thoughts. Needless to say, because of such a nasty first impression, I will take my business and money elsewhere. This company needs to be more selective in choosing who they want to present their company and products. It’s a no for me.

"My late shipment came today"
My late shipment came today. I am excited to feel relief soon. I bought the LED Therapy Light. I have arthritis in my spine, so does my dog so I am very excited for both of us. My shipment was late but, the company as well as myself tracked it and recognized it was a postal hold up completely no fault to this company. I will let you know how it works in a couple weeks. Ordered medical boxes needed for an upcoming event on 11/5. This morning the order status showed it as partially shipped (this would mean at least 1 item shipped). Shortly after viewing the order status I received and email stating my entire order was canceled.
When questioned about their false advertising they said that they didn't have them in stock and had to order from the manufacturer and the item was discontinued. When asked about the partial shipping "that was an error in the system"
Now I am left without $200 for 3-5 days while they process the refund when all I wanted was the product. They took my money in good faith and get to hide behind the credit card processing as the reason it will take so long to make me whole.
Also, as of this post, the product is still available for purchase on their site so clearly, they are in no hurry to keep from defrauding others.

"They didn't deliver even after almost one YEAR waiting."
I placed an order on August 3, 2021. I paid the full amount. They asked me for 3-5 weeks. After many contact (always by me; they never contact me), on May 12,2022 I got tired of waiting and decided to cancel my order. I canceled by e-mail, by phone and through their website. They DIDN'T refund my money so far. And.. They DIDN't answer my calls anymore.
BE AWARE!
Finally today I got a check by mail from Medex Supply! Case closed.

Seeing so many negative reviews about this store, it is fair that I share my totally positive experience with Medex Supply on 2 orders placed quite afar in time between them. The first order was delivered with the item just as described and it was shipped quickly. I placed the second order recently and this order was also delivered with the item just as described. It wasn't shipped quickly, but the item ordered was being backordered from all other online stores due to scarcity and Medex Supply was the only supplier who managed to deliver the item. Also, I got a timely response to one inquiry that I made on my second order. A+!

"Don’t ever order from these people"
Don’t ever order from these people - my husband placed an order for some crutches last Tuesday- he paid for two day shipping - never received a tracking number or any additional emails - when he checked the order status late last week it said processing- that’s a shady way to do business - I did receive an email from them today after getting in touch with them via email earlier this week - they said they were out of stock and offered a different kind of crutches or they could cancel the order- I replied back and told them to cancel the order and I wanted a full refund

The mistake was how the photo of the product was grossly misleading.
