I placed an order for two cases of hand sanitizer which I was told they had on hand, I expected to receive the product a couple of days after placing the order when none arrived I spoke with my salesman Frank L who told me they were out of stock, I was disappointed by I understood under the COVID-19 crisis, a couple of days later I received a call from Frank L who informed me that he found an alternate product for me and personally took the time to walk the order through.
I received the product and I'm very happy with it as a Director of Purchasing I can now supply our team members with much needed protection.
I personally want to thank Frank L for caring and will definitely continue on doing business with Medex Supply

I placed an order and waited for over 1 month
Now they request to refund
It’s ridiculous. Not to mention they even ask if replacement is accepted during the period.
After that , i found they offer way way expensive face mask on their website
It means they have supply but do not want to sell cheap

I placed an order, they charged my credit card and sent me a confirmation email that my items would ship in 5-7 days. After 7 days of hearing nothing I called and they casually tell me that I wont be receiving anything. No call. No email. Guess they were hoping I would forget to call in and they would just keep my money. Very bad business practices. Shame on Medex Supply.

I placed an order wh/ was processed. Hours later I received an email saying order was cancelled- no explantation or anything. I called the cust service number for further clarification or possible reorder in the event it was a payment processing issue and was hung up on 3 times in a row. Unbelievable. I am unsure how they are still in business.

Can't even get them to answer the phone and after several times on hold waiting for long periods of time i was finally just hung up on and never did get to speak to anyone.

"I received an incorrect item"
I received an incorrect item. After 3 calls and 5 emails I finally got a response. First I was told that since I paid original shipping that I wouldn't have to pay return shipping and that there would be a 20% restocking fee ($3.60). Didn't hear anything for over a week so I emailed again. THEN I was told that the item that I paid almost $30 for (item and s/h) could be returned if I paid return shipping AND they took a $10 restocking fee! $10 restocking fee on an $18 item!?! So you can resell it again at full price?! Not a chance. I threw it in the trash! Don't do business with this company. They are extremely unprofessional.

"Don't turn blue waiting for your $400 order!"
I purchased a $400 battery for a respiratory device I need to breathe. My insurance would not cover the battery. Medex Supply had the best price, and I found a coupon for free shipping. Medex Supply is one of a few online vendors that carry the battery. These are the only good aspects of my experience with Medex Supply.
Medex Supply advertised that the battery would ship in 3-5 days, and the ground shipping would take another 7 to 10 days. My receipt states this timeframe. I ordered the battery on April 25. On May 7, Medex Supply emailed me that the battery was on back order and would ship on July 2! I do not understand why it took 12 days to tell me about a 2-month delay. When I spend $400 on an item, I expect honesty about the delivery timeframe. Quality stores would have advertised that they were out of stock.and the delivery date was uncertain. They should have at least told me that my order hadn't shipped on day 5.
To make matters worse, I had trouble canceling my order. I could not find instructions for canceling an order. I contacted customer service through the online form on the evening of May 7. On the form I gave my email, phone number, and order number. By the afternoon of May 11, I hadn't heard back. I looked up my history on their website, and my order was listed as in process. I called customer service, and the representative told me that cancelations had to be by replying to the email notifying me about the backorder. I'm waiting to hear back. I had to order from another vendor, and I hope my money will be refunded before my credit card bill is due, but I won't hold my breath!
This is my first and last experience with Medex Supply.
