brought though wowcher in March! Was meant to be delivered begging of April gave them benefit due to covid-19 got a message say ready to deliver then cancelled due to damage! Was told that that was the last garden furniture and would have to wait till 20th. So i did didnt hear anything kept emailing chasing them! NOTHING! now its may told me they sent it to the courier i contacted them again nope still haven't received it told me to speak to dreams they said they did week later spoke again to courier only 3/4 waiting last package. Anyway back and forward order cancelled again!!! 23rd may just getting a refund from wowcher!! Joke of a company.

We ordered a console table on the 16th April from ManoMano. It arrived promptly, a nice item, however the item description states it was white and it was actually cream so against my white walls it would have looked odd. On the 24th April I had requested a refund. Since then i have had over 10 collection dates to pick up the item, to which no one arrives (luckily there aren't many place to be at the minute). I paid £70 to be offered £5-£15 refund, to which I refused. When I asked for my money back they just give me another collection date, so frustrating.

I bought 10 black facemasks to wear due to the pandemic. When the arrived they was made from an offcut of t/shirt material and completely see through.Unusable! I contacted Wowcher about this and they didn't want to know as its voucher scheme and they pass the responsibility of the goods to the supplier. I paid wowcher they received my money so they should have some responsibility? NEVER BUY FROM WOWCHER OR DREAMLIVINGS

I was concerned after reading reviews about Dreams Living, but unfortunately I'd already placed my order before finding the bad reviews. However, I'm delighted to say the communication was great, the products arrived on time and are up to the expected quality. Fortunately I did not need to call the customer service team, but other reviews have said this can be difficult! I don't normally review, but felt the bad reviews needed a counter argument!

I really worried after reviewing the comments on here, I panicked so much thinking I had made a mistake especially when Wowcher sent me a delivery date and then it didn’t arrive, I thought here we go all the reviews are true as I couldn’t get hold of dreams living by email. In the end Wowcher got me the delivery company details and I contacted them and had a date of a few days later. Furniture arrived - as a lady I found it easy to put together - well happy with my purchase I would do it again

Absolutely terrible service damaged goods never delivered & can’t get though to them on the phone, their email address is non existent £700 of my money they took finally managed to get hold of wowcher & having a refund after 7 days of trying ! This company is a joke ! It’s a 0 star from me

Bough garden dining set from Go Groupie, weeks later and hundreds of emails I finally get a reply saying due to items failing quality control they are no longer available please contact go groupie. Joke! They have had my
Money for 4 weeks and Iv spent house upon hours chasing and researching trying to find numbers! Luckily I paid on credit card! AVOID AT COSTS!!!!

AWFUL customer service. Order a rattan furniture set from wowcher. Cost us over £600. Received no confirmation whatsoever. When we placed the order it said "please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery" funnily enough, once we had paid, this changed to 4 weeks. The date came and went. Still no furniture and no confirmation. Contacted Dreams outdoors with several emails and phone calls (goes straight to voicemail) but not had one response. We are down £630 and still none the wiser of a delivery date. I have contacted wowcher directly to deal with the situation but if this is not resolved soon I will need to go to trading standards. Do not buy from this company!!!!!!

"Bargain purchase and super happy!!"

I ordered a rattan furniture set through Wowcher. It was £400 cheaper than Id seen this set anywhere else, so I bought it. Wowcher gave a delivery date, and that date arrived and went with no confirmation from Dreams Living that it was on order. I emailed their customer service, as directed by Wowcher, got an email reply the next day stating that delivery was slow due to Coronavirus. I then had an email from Arrow XL staying they were delivering my item and to pick a delivery date. I did so and it arrived as planned on the date I chose. They even placed it in my garden where I needed it.
The item is awesome, really really pleased with the quality and the description on their advert. Saved myself £400, so we’ll chuffed!!
I’d read some of the reviews on here about the company and quality, but other than the issue with delivery, which is understandable in the current climate, I am super happy!!
