"Absolute RIP off, buyer beware."
Please don't use this company. We ordered a rattan furniture set from Mano Mano. It turned it they were an intermediary, the company was Dreams Living.
We paid almost £600.
The set arrived with 2 ripped back cushions and missing parts that were required to build the coffee table.
I emailed the company only to be offered £10 to keep the set as it was.
We are now 2 weeks from delivery date, I have sent 7 emails, I have sourced and paid for the missing parts myself to build the table.
They have emailed and offered £15 to keep the set, insisting they had no more stock.
When I threatened with trading standards and asked them to return the set miraculously found some replacements.
Although I'm still waiting for the cushions, no doubt will have to repair them ourselves.
Mank mank were no help either.
Do not use this company.

"Dreams living Scamming company"
Scamming company! I ordered a rattan furniture set through mano mano but was from dreamsliving. They were reluctant to provide me with an update on my order then eventually tried to claim they had delivered it to a neighbor! Seen as we are all in lock down i knew that wasnt true i also clarified we have cctv on the house which proves they haven’t delivered it. In the end i got a refund but it was weeks of them calling me a lier as they was saying they delivered it! Absolute scam!

Ordered through Wowcher - bought a rattan furniture set. After reading reviews on TrustPilot we were worried we would not receive anything or that something would go wrong.
Wowcher gave us a delivery date on their system, but we were still waiting for a confirmation email from the supplier.
We did not receive any confirmation at all from dreams living/outdoors that our order had been processed and waited until the delivery date and nothing came that day so we started to worry.
Furniture arrived a few days later than expected (still without any confirmation) luckily I was working from home due to lockdown. Unfortunately, only 1 part of the order was delivered and the other half was nowhere to be seen.
Dreams Living/Outdoors are very hard to get in contact with I.e. when calling numbers, you are placed on hold for 15 minutes and then the call ends asking you to leave a voicemail but no one gets back to you.
They use Tufnells Delivery service which is quite good, contacted them to confirm they received our items and they were able to track everything quickly. The rest of the order came the next day to our surprise!
The furniture itself is good quality and looks good once built, however cushions are darker than advertised. But we actually quite like it! It was easy to build and is very good value for money!
If you email them, you receive an automated response; they do get back to you after 72 hours from our experience.
Overall we are happy with our order but the customer service could be a bit better.

Beware!!!! Worst Company ever,Customer service none existing,you send an email and its like they dont answer what you have asked,just read the reviews and sorry i bought anything from them,if this was my company and i had sooo many bad reviews i would have to look into it,i ordered off wowcher a Rattan furniture set and when we set the couch up which fair enough is ok the glass was smashed in box for table,i emailed them they just said you can have partial refund £30 i paid nearly £500 so i said am not excepting £30 and for me to keep a table not worth having so now they said table will be in end of month which why should i wait and thats if they get them in and what proof have i got if i will recieve it,i have sent numerous emails and half the time they dont reply!!! I said i would go Trading standards and i want there number or take it further but they Dont reply to it,just beware if anything from here Dont Buy!!!!!!

This is an update to my previous review.
My order was delivered 2 weeks later than the initial date I received. I was very pleased with the product but have suggested that Dreams Living are more realistic with deli very dayes and improve communication with their customers

"Poor service"
I ordered a bed through Wowcher and paid 250 for a triple bunk bed. Everything was fine got the confirmation through and booked in for delivery 02/11/19. ‘The bed’ got delivered! I was looking at the order thinking something just isn’t right there wasn’t enough boxes. There was 2 single mattresses and that caused alarm bells to ring! They sent the wrong bed. After phoning a number various time and not being able to speak to anyone. I informed the delivery men to take it back and they said no as it was not their responsibility. Got an email through to them eventually where they ‘apologised’ and said they would arrange a collection and redelivery.
They came for the bed that was incorrect and my delivery was booked in 14/11/19 where my partner took the day off work ‘which was for no reason’. Got a text while I was at work saying that the courier has part of the order missing and that they would contact within 24hours for redelivery.
I am not very happy with the level of customer service. Another week where my kids have no bed. Still no confirmed redelivery. Not worth the hassle I just want my money back. Worst company ever!

Bought a 4 drawer 1 door cabinet for the bathroom via Living Social it came very quick and looked great until I discovered I had been given 4 extra sides instead of 4 backs for the drawers, So emailed them and he email keeps bouncing back contacted Living Social but still waiting
