Never got picked up at Cancun airport, claimed too long in customs like it is our fault. Then they charge you again another $150 to send driver back(like he ever left) or you lose the return trip which is all prepaid in advance as well.Total scam.

Shuttle Central basically forgot our shuttle (booked weeks in advance). They lied multiple times on the phone and eventually sent a driver from a different company one hour later.

I should have checked the reviews for them before booking. On the day of departure, we had scheduled a 9:45am pick up. He came at 9:40am and thats when his time started. we were in the checkout process when they had to cut everyone's bracelet. Heading to the van, we saw our luggage still not in the van, i slid the side door open and I said hey don't forget our luggage, he said he needed to go and to call the office. I called and the office said I can send someone else but i would need to pay an additional $40. USD. That was so ridiculous. We winded up getting two UBERS. Don't use SHUTTLE CENTRAL in CANCUN, they will mess up your trip and tey to get more money out of you.

"Shuttle Central left me and my children…"
Shuttle Central left me and my children stranded in Cancun at 1am in the morning. We had a delay in our flight due to weather conditions in Texas. I text my driver to let him know, he advised me to contact customer service. I called customer service, but they would not help because I did not have my reservation number so after finding this I called back, let them know what was happening, how long the delay was and let them know what time we would be in, they advised they would inform the driver and let me know further instructions. When we arrived in Cancun, we were told by Shuttle central that we were a no show and there was nothing they could do, it was the driver’s discretion to whether they waited or not. It also means nothing if you contact them to let them know, the driver shows up and they get paid! I ended up paying $110 for a taxi.
On the way back from the hotel to the airport, they just forgot us. We ended up getting an Uber (FYI Uber cannot pick you up from the airport) Shuttle central did send me an email apologizing for this and offered my money back for this portion of what I had paid. I emailed back asking about the first part of my airport transfer and my reply was.
Upon reviewing your case thoroughly, we have noted that the situation arose from No Show on your arrival service. This is because the waiting time of the scheduled service was exceeded, and unfortunately it was not possible for the driver to wait more time for you. Unfortunately, due to these circumstances, with the services marked as “No Show” we are unable to proceed with any form of compensation.
In this case, we can verify that the driver came to pick you up and was at the airport at the original time, but he couldn't wait for the delayed flight. That's the main reason why we could not manage a refund, really sorry for this inconvenience.
On the other hand, talking about the changes requested 24 hours before your service (Including flight changes), note that they are under the driver's availability, in your case it wasn't possible to make it because he had scheduled other services before yours, and he had been unable to modify the logistics.
Nice reply Shuttle central but you could have just said “Basically you are just screwed if your driver does not want to wait for you” and we will not do a damn thing about it.
They ended the email with that they value my trust and hope that they can provide excellent service to me in the future. What a joke!!! I will NEVER use Shuttle Central again. I will make it clear to anybody how useless this company is in what should be an important job. Especially for families (including single parents like me) in a foreign country. How we put the safety of ourselves and our children in them. I cannot stress enough NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Unless of course you like not knowing if your ride will show up or you can control the weather, so your flight is not delayed!

"They never came"
They never came. I had to find another ride service after waiting 30 minutes for them. They were not answering via phone or chat on their website. I had all hotel lobby employees looking for them. Then when I called to complain, they lied and said they were there and waited 15 minutes! Complete lie! Horrible company. I would give zero stars if I could

20 minutes late and the customer service was not clear with me. The driver was texting and making video calls while driving and left us in the wrong terminal (there are only two).

"The worst shuttle ever"
The driver did not wait for us in Cancun, even though all other companies waited for their clients, as there were problems at the border control, which caused huge queues. No reimbursement, no sense of responsibility, in the way back rude drivers. Beware!!!

"Bad Service"
Our return flight home changed because of problems with the airplane and our departure time was delayed from March 4 at 10:05 pm to March 5 at 2:45 am. I contacted Shuttle Central and keep them updated with the ongoing changes as i wanted to delay my pickup from our resort from 5:17 pm ti 10pm. I was told the driver could not accomodate us B/C it was less than 24 hours notice but for another $110 U.S. they could book me another driver and no refund. I just rented a taxi which cost me basically the same and i didnt need to deal with the stress and bad servie with this company. They were also late picking up my wife and child from the airport. there answer there was an accident, i think this is there go to excuse.
Stay away from this service.
