"I will not be buying another item from…"

I will not be buying another item from this company. They have sold stamps which are supposedly hand drawn and they are actually images taken off the internet. This company has not held their hands up and admitted they were wrong, ignored my messages to them, given announcements that no one can understand and deleted loads of my posts on facebook. They think that certain people are being nasty but we are only stating the truth. I have spent a lot of money with this company and being disabled and unable to work i feel they have taken advantage of honest crafters.

I had problems with a die some years ago and sent it back explained the problem and you sent it back straight away saying there was nothing wrong with it still cannot use it so I have never bought another die from you your customer service is bad also since you have been with hochanda it's all money money money I used to buy alot from you but no more

"Shameful"

Terrible company are lying,stealing artists mages,breaching copywrite ,showing total disregard for their customers,ignoring their questions not even acknowledging artists themselves. TS SHOULD GET INVOLVED OUTRIGHT DISGRACE

"I have spent hundreds of pounds with…"

I have spent hundreds of pounds with Crafters Companion but no more will I be buying from them. They do not care about their customers, just interested in taking our money. Selling stamps that have copyright issues and telling us we can still use them and sell our cards on. The lies they are telling and also not answering our questions and blocking people on Facebook just for wanting an answer. Will never buy from them again.

"This is the worst"

This is the worst craft company I have dealt with, I have been waiting 7 YEARS for a reply to my e-mail !!! they have no ethics or morals and terrible customer service, Ms Sara Davies only cares about money, avoid at all costs

One star is too much to give them. Seems in a bid for world domination everything goes out of the window. I've been mis sold products with stolen artwork. They block and remove people from their Facebook pages who are asking legitimate questions regarding mis sold items. Artists being ignored when trying to get answers as to why their artwork is being used illegally. One image is even of s murdered actor. Unethical. Bad taste. Worst company in craft. Avoid at all cost

"Unbelievable company"

Unbelievable company. Don't care at all about the customers, just earning the money and don't care how they make it. I've vowed never to buy anything from them again. I'd rather of given no stars but nit an option. Their a ruthless company.

"AVOID"

They have admitted that they were selling stamps of images that were taken from the internet without copyright permission. They have still yet to make a statement explaining why they were advertising these images as hand drawn, when it is blatant that they are digitally traced, and why they have a written statement which states that the images can continue to be used even after they have admitted breech of copyright. They are not responding to questions and if you dare ask they will claim that it is us that are being unreasonable! Not once have they offered to refund anyone who has bought these stamps, which they have sold dishonestly.

"Have lost all trust and respect"

Have lost all trust and respect for crafters companion and Sara Davies.
The way she has handled the copyright issues is appalling. She's lied about the investigation, she's deleting all posts that respond with the truth and ignoring customers that want answers. I have spent a heck of a lot of money with her company, but no more.
Steer clear of this company.
