Lucky the least I can do is one star , after the terrible way they have acted over Sheena Douglass' stolen artwork , where she claims she hand drew them , customers who are their bread n butter have been muted on their group page after raising concerns that at least one artist has Not given permission for his photo to be used. We are left wondering what stamps can be used as their explanation is as clear as mud.

I never had a problem with them until I found out there designers are using stolen art work. And not hand drawn by themselves as stated. They as a company have handled the situation badly. I have lost all trust in them.

Won’t be buying from this company again. Their so called designers go stealing images from genuine artists and pass them off as their own hand drawn art work. To add insult to injury Crafters Companion then say it has been sorted and stamps can be used. The artists are putting on their website that they have not given permission for them to be used, and are being ignored. They are also deleting all negative reviews fro their Facebook pages. A very dishonest way to run a business

will never ever purchase anything form them again they have no respect for their customers.They have pulled the wool over peoples eyes with their stamp products and false claims that they didnt have a right to and they are still being very frugal with the truth

Due to recent revellation in regards to false advertising & selling of goods by this company has known to be copies I will no longer be buying anything in connection with them. I feel this has been a deliberate act to make money out of us crafters & nothing else . I have read through many of these latest reviews & find it very hard to take in why such a well known company in the craft industry could be so discetful, employing someone who proclaimed & sold images has their own knowing far well this wasn't the case.
Feeling let down is an under statement.
