"Misleading Delivery Information "

Fabletics charge extra for 'express delivery' which they describe as "next day delivery for orders placed before 4pm Mon - Fri".

However, what they fail to make clear is that you also need to allow an extra 3 working days for them to process the order in their warehouse.

It is so misleading that their 'next day delivery' is actually at least 4 - 5 working days from the time you order.

I was automatically signed up for a VIP Membership with my purchase.

I only found out when £54.99 was taken from my account by fablectics. I signed no direct debit agreement, nor did I agree to the Membership.

Be careful. A big company that has sold thier mortals to the subcription business model.

Clothes always come in best quality especially for the gym, a lot better than some of the other big brands I’ve seen, never had any issues with breaking or fabric going see through. They’re comfy, stylish, look great and last years!

"Member credits are a con"

Fabletics automatically took £53.99 from my bank because I forgot to skip the month. I then went to spend it and all the items I picked had the option to 'use one members credit' but the price of them was less than the £53.99 I had paid. It is cheaper to skip the month and then buy the product normally than using the members credits. It seems a con to me. I will be cancelling my membership when my delivery arrives
