Scummy business. Forces you to auto-subscribe to their VIP if u buy anything from them. Does not even inform you that you will subscribed to their VIP. Do not trust them or ever buy their products. Extremely unethical as now I am forced to use my credits on items I do not even want

"Tried using the app"

Tried using the app, selected items etc and then wouldn't proceed to check out, kept promting to check billing address, re put in the information everything, still wouldn't allow me to add order. Even got a email to say I had things in the basket that wouldn't proceed to do this. I eventually went onto the website instead of app and it did it straight away. Very frustrating.

"Clunky website"

Your website is absolutely horrendous. It's so clunky to use on your phone. It was a painful experience. The size guide doesn't work. Had to open it in a different browser to actually see the guide, wouldn't work through in Instagram. The whole thing took me 20 mins.

"Don't be fooled by the sales patter!! They just want your money!!"

*******Please be aware. Do not be fooled by their sales patter!!!*******I have been with Fabletics for years, and due to continued injuries, my decreasing income, and the increased price of the clothing, I have not been buying items from them for some time. However, you have to skip every month via your account between the 1st and 5th of every month. Which means you cannot relax, You are always looking at your calendar. However, some months get the better of you, and you totally forget, and they take over £50 from your bank account, and even if you tell them it was a mistake, you can't afford it, all they will do is offer you a discount on your next order. On top of that, I have now discovered that you have 12 months to spend the money or the keep it and you get nothing. I have now managed to stop my membership, but they state I have until August to spend one payment and March next year to spend the other. This is such an extortionate way of running a business. They do not care. Please stay away from this company.

Please please be warned of this company, so many people saying the same thing - I wish I would have looked into it sooner before purchasing. You will get scammed into their vip subscription without even knowing, it’s not obvious at all.

It’s really hard to then cancel, once I got hold of someone they then said I had to go on the website each month to opt out of the vip scheme, after asking numerous times to take me off the system, it’s so frustrating going round in circles. I finally got refunded but I really really hope I don’t get charged again next month. So unethical and absurd marketing techniques.

"Absolute scam, do not buy from them! "

Absolute scam! I had cancelled my membership only to have been charged £59.99 a month later! When speaking to someone, I was told I was unable to get a refund! Ive been told my account is now closed but Im now worrying the same thing will happen again. Feeling extremely frustrated that I had no control at losing the £59.99.

Fabletics is Fab!!!
However, due to experiencing (on numerous occasions), stock being low or out of stock, is why I'm giving one less star.
Other than that I have no issues with Fabletics. The brand is satisfying in styles, colours, looks, sizes etc

The whole website is a scam, they sign you up for a monthly £55 charge which is hidden in the small print and in-exchange you get £80 off one item every month, nearly everything on the website is already discounted anyway so essentially you’re paying £55 for something that’s worth £25, will never be using the website again.
