The tap I wanted was a pull out kitchen tap although the description on web site said it was pull out when arrived it wasn’t a pull out so had to return gave 4stars because the refund was fairly quick after a phone call to them to remind them about refund

MY Farther purchased a tap
when the tap arrive and my dads plummer went to install the tap, He could not install the tap as the O rings where missing on the hot water cartridge
The plummer then had to go to a hardware store and purchase so he could continue and fit the tap
my father did speak to some one in the customer services and asked if they would send the proper o rings he was asked to take a photo but by now the tap had been installed
she said that she would ask the people in stores and get some sent out to my father we have still not received these
can some one please follow this up and get this requested sorted and the parts that where missing sent out

This company were excellent every thing arrived in a couple of days. I would recommend them and defiantly use them again
