"Franke Sirius 1.5 Bowl undermount sink"
Purchased the Franke Sirius 1.5 Bowl White Tectonite Undermount Kitchen Sink SID160 WHT. As described it arrived promptly after 9.00 am the next day. It hasn't been been fitted yet, but looks a great product. My only gripe, and why I rated it at 4 star rather than 5, is that in the product details it states that, quote, 'PLEASE NOTE - THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT INCLUDED:
Food waste disposal unit
Plumbing kit with trap and connection pipework for the discharge from domestic appliances
Cut out template'.
In fact, it arrived with the Plumbing kit with trap and connection pipework for the discharge from domestic appliances, which was rather annoying as based on the information given I had already purchased and opened a full plumbing kit from B&Q the day I ordered the sink, so that was £15 wasted as I can't take it back.
Not a major problem, but this does need to be added to the contents list in the description.

"First and worst experience "
I purchased a sink for my new kitchen from Taps UK, expecting it to arrive 14 days before the scheduled delivery of my kitchen. Initially set for February 27, 2024, the delivery was later rescheduled to February 29, 2024. Unfortunately, despite the arrival and full installation of my kitchen, the sink from Taps UK was missing.
Taps UK and their chosen courier repeatedly failed to deliver the sink after rescheduling the order for delivery six times. Each time, we were made to wait for the entire day, from 9 AM to 9 PM, with assurances from customer service representatives that the delivery would definitely occur by 9 PM. Despite contacting Taps UK for assistance, we received no meaningful help.
Despite promises of redelivery by Taps UK, subsequent attempts were unsuccessful, and the courier provided no satisfactory explanation for the repeated failures.

Ordered two items, one of which ran out of stock (shower head). Customer service advised me of this a few days after placing the order, but I still wanted the other item (tap) urgently. To my disgust, they cancelled the entire order and suggested I place another order. So annoying.

"EU product not fitting UK hoses…"
The product itself was flawless however there was no warning or reminder on TapsUK website that the product they sel is NOT compatible with UK water pipes. We only realized this after calling in a plumber and then searching for adapters to make that step change from the EU hose to UK hose size. Additional cost for extended plumber task time and also inconvenience for us to use an adapter for which we had to apply tapes for water tight application.
