When I ordered the tap we chose I was informed that it was out of stock and I was advised of a date that the new stock was expected to arrive and also offered an alternative or a refund, as the communication was so good we decided to wait, the tap arrived within a couple of days of the date we were given, in my opinion this was excellent service.

"Expect to wait 6 weeks for delivery, not two days as stated"
Ordered around 22nd November. Not arrived, have no arrival date. First sink arrived broken and had to be returned by courier. The courier saw the crack and didn’t leave it with me, just put it back on the van. So I’ve now been put at the back of the delivery queue to wait two to three weeks all over again for a replacement, plus waiting time for the retailer to acquire a new sink. I placed my order around 22nd November, and now not expecting it until after Christmas, but no date yet. As the retailer will have the sink ready for despatch on the 18th of December, I can’t see why I have to wait two to three weeks in a delivery queue from the 19th December. I would expect redeliveries due to broken goods, would take priority over first delivery orders, but no, it’s back to the end of the queue. The lady tried to be helpful in offering a different brand of sink, and a doorstep delivery, but both these alternatives would cause other problems which is why I didn’t chose them as first choice when ordering. Very disappointing as I now have a kitchen upside down in turmoil over Christmas. A second class delivery firmFurdeco, is being used to deliver high end and low end products, on the same van, but all receiving low end treatment.

"The panel took quite a while to arrive…"
The panel took quite a while to arrive although showing in stock on the website. After unpacking the bath panel was split around 8” long from the side but because it took to long to arrive we fitted it because it was needed, now every time we walk in we see the crack in the panel after a lovely renovation of our bathroom. Tried to contact the company but no response.
