"I ordered a ceramic sink on the 4th Dec…"

I ordered a ceramic sink on the 4th Dec with free three day postage. On the 7th Dec I received a message stating that the courier company could not contact me, so I gave them my mobile number. I heard absolutely nothing after that. Being that a plumber was booked for the 13th I decided to contact them. I was informed that the courier company would re deliver on the 15th December, absolutely no good at all. If I had not called I would have had a plumber stood here twiddling his thumbs. I have had to do an emergency order and pay £50 more with another company to get it tomorrow. I would not give any stars at all, but minimum is 1. Very bad customer service, and the lady I spoke to on the phone was very dismissive, really bad attitude!

The product was fine just changed our mind, and was easy to return but your general communication was crap. I received no email confirming my order, no paperwork with my order. I just happened to do a screenshot of my order confirmation when I made the order which is why I had the order number m.

Tap arrived promptly. There was no obvious indication which hole under the tap base was for the cold supply and which was for hot. I copied my previous Franke tap and inevitably the new tap was the opposite so I had to reverse the connections. Then when I tried the hot or cold levers water spayed out of the back of the hot lever. I had to use the supplied allen key to remove the hot lever. Then I removed the hot cartridge and wiped the cartridge & tap threads to ensure they were clean and refitted the cartridge (making sure it was fully tightened) and the lever. That stopped the spray leak and all seemed
well until a couple of days later there was a pool of water forming on the worktop dripping from the cold laver. I removed, cleaned & refitted the cold cartridge & lever and now we appear to have a fully working tap.
The tap looks attractive & solidly built & we're happy with our purchase but if your unlucky & the factory has not tightened the cartridges fully you may have a fiddly job to stop any leaking. It's not difficult, just irritating when you've done all the hard work under the sink to have to mess about stopping cartridge leaks.
