I think it's too expensive to shipped with, however it is reliable and fast and for that reason I'm loving "my malls".

The fee is reasonable and the feature of combining packages is helpful. There are improvements could be made on invoice review and products review - (1) I uploaded the correct invoices with the correct items received, while the staff kept saying I received 2 duplicate items and the other 2 items were not received - and that's just simply wrong when I actually got my package after 1 month of delay - this created so much trouble when the custom tried to clear my package. I called and emailed but the MyMalls staff still insisted with their wrong statement. That was very not helpful and created such a delay in custom clearance! So first experience was not good. (2) I uploaded the invoice with all items received while the staff emailed me saying 1 item was not on the invoice - I had to ask them to read closely again - that just created unnecessary back and forth.

Great customer service, good UI, fast turnaround. The only thing I didn't like it the fact that you can only combine up to 3 packages.
I wasn't able to get Amazon to combine everting together, so my big order ended up in 11 different shipments.
This increased my shipping costs considerably.
