I have not received yet as they are shipping from Miami tomorrow. The process has been easy to follow and simple to forward all of my packages and consolidate the items.

"Awful first experience"
1st experience will unfortunately be my last. Ordered a package on June 30th and was given a delivery date of July 6th which is not the 24-48 hrs that is stated on their website. Ok fair enough there is Covid19 about so a little delay is ok. But half of July goes by no package several calls to Dhl no help whatsoever. Messages to customer service although polite was saying the same thing as Dhl with no clear indication as to when I would receive my package. They told me that they will send in a request in order so that I would receive an update never happened. Then told me if I did not hear Dhl to message them back, like what?? Proper customer service should follow up a customer that has issues especially one who was waiting as long as I was. I eventually gave up, paid all my money no package. It finally got delivered today a whole 50days later!!! Unacceptable!!

"The platform looks really nice, but..."
The platform looks really nice and friendly. Nonetheless the first shipment I had to go personally to DHL (8 days later) for custom purposes, and I still have to wait for my package (I'm guessing 2 or 3 days more). 2nd order I prechecked my package, included invoice and tracking number and I had to upload the invoice again...so I don't see the point of prechecking.
I think this service is good for several packages, I just ordered a book for $10 and I'm already paying $30 before local taxes.

I am completely satisfied with the service I received from my malls itself especially the responses to emails which are prompt, the speed at which shipment occurs, the affordable price for shipment and also the option of consolidating your packages at no extra cost. The only drawback is, the tail end in terms of the service received from DHL which is unacceptable. They do not respond to emails, phone calls go unanswered and no notification that shipment is ready. It is as if the service provided is simply being the carrier that just dumps the goods on the land and that’s where the buck stops. Up to date I have not heard a word from them. Guess Mymalls should consider using another carrier.
