Originally I found this service to be exceptional. Lately I have had a couple of packages stuck in customs for LONG periods, apparently awaiting complete documentation from MyMalls. One package is still in customs after 2 months, the other after one month. I asked on multiple occasions for reason for delays and only recently I was advised that customs needed documents.

I will gladly update this review again if they can get these problems sorted in a definitive way.
