"Terrible quality"

Colour not copper. Quality of hair is the worst I've had. I haven't even washed them and they were wispy, dry, very poor quality as soon as I took them out of the box. Myself and hairdresser were shocked. I deliberately chose to purchase this brand from all the great reviews and I'm extremely disappointed after all the money I've spent. Cheap synthetic hair extensions look better. I want a refund

So they aren’t bad extensions matched somewhat but… I washed them and the water was disgusting. It was like yellowish green coming off the extensions and smelled like straight chemicals. What is that!!!

Glamband Halos are curly! Unless you have curly hair and a matching curl pattern, you will have to straighten and restyle after every wash. This significantly impacts the longevity of the product.

Update 2024: They did not reach out to me. I reached out to them and they said that their products are 'natural' and that variation in hair texture is to be expected. They refused to do anything else to help me out.
