"Don't buy the halo"

I bought the halo, and the quality of the hair is ok but you need to have a lot of hair for the halo to look normal. I have to opened the sealed to try it, and now I can't return it. And those were expensive. Don't buy it unless you have a lot of hair and you just want to add length

"Unacceptable Quality"

I had tape in extensions installed on 5/15/2023. Unfortunately these extensions are already needing to be removed as they are not of an acceptable quality. The extensions are frizzy, become matted within five minutes of brushing them, and have been coming out in chunks when brushing my hair. This is unacceptable, and it is evident this is not "100% Human Hair" as advertised on the website. I had the extensions installed at the West Hollywood location, so installation was not the issue, and I followed the instructions provided on the website as well, so my extensions care is not the problem either. I requested a refund for the charges I incurred and was told "Glam Seamless has a Quality Control Guarantee that covers manufacturing defects from 60 days from the date of purchase. While we do not issue refunds on quality control submissions, please be advised that we take all Quality inquiries seriously." The only solution being offered is "possibly" receiving new hair after multiple tests are performed. I do not understand the point of a "Quality Control Guarantee" if a refund is unavailable and the only solution is new extensions which I do not want even free of charge.

Buyer beware the new extensions colors are not the same as they were, terrible customer service they asked me to show them the hair then won’t exchange for the proper color, absolutely ridiculous customer service.
