"These extensions shed so bad"

These extensions shed so bad. They are incredibly thin at the ends as well. I had to cut 6” off just so the ends weren’t so thin. I can’t even run my fingers through my hair without huge chunks of hair shedding out. I personally will not buy these again. They are also not as soft as you would expect from a brand that is supposed to be compatible to Bellami.

This was the shadiest experience ever. I bought a halo extension and chose the 2 day shipping so it would be here for sn event. I noticed it hadn’t shipped and got concerned it wouldn’t be here, so I reached out. They said I was randomly selected from their fraud department and they wanted me to send a picture of my credit card and ID. I double checked to make sure it wasn’t a scammer I was talking to and was in fact glam seamless in checking contact info and such. Anyway I sent them the info, apprehensively so, hoping to move the process along. Anyway my order still hasn’t shipped and haven’t received any money back for the 2 day shipping. Still not sure if I should cancel my card. All in all a terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Looking into another brand. As far as I’m concerned this company is low grade. Going to look into other companies that have a less sketchy approach with their customer base.

"Wrong color extensions/poor customer service"

I am sadly disappointed to say that for the 3rd time in a row, I received the wrong color hair extensions. I have been buying iced blonde tape-ins for 2 years. I usually buy one pack of the 16th in invisi-tape-ins, and one pack of the remy.
And, for the last 3 times, the invisi and the remy were two different colors, even though they both said iced blonde.
I reached out to the company the 1st time this happened and sent them pictures of the hair. They basically told me I was wrong, both packs were the same color. But, to be fair, they sent me another pack....of the wrong color.
My stylist was dumbfounded. It was obvious my extensions were 2 very different colors. She even suggested using a different company.However, since I liked the quality of the extensions, I thought I would give it one last try. I reasoned that maybe I got a bad batch.
I received my extensions yesterday. One of the remy tape-ins, and one of the invisi tape-ins. They remy tape-ins are way, way darker, and have a slight yellowish tinge to them.
I am sorry to say, that I will be looking for a different company to buy extensions from. I can't trust that I will get the right color ever again, and customer service basically called me a liar when I complained.
