I love Glam, I have been using their products for years. I had an issue with my recent order and not only was Nicole so kind, she was very helpful, followed back up and overall it was a great experience. They understand and made me feel like a valued customer and it is so appreciated. I highly recommend Glam, and I have tried many other products! The small things go a long way and in end are what get my business!

Glam Seamless tape-ins are the best - I've been ordering them for years. So, when I received a recent order, I knew the color was just not right. The extensions were different than every other set I had previously ordered so I contacted Customer Service via email. It appears the extensions were mislabeled at the warehouse, so Customer Service promptly sent, via FedEx, a replacement set of tape-ins from the Soho shop. All good now. Thank you!
