First drum of moss killer was damaged on arrival called the 0800 number which was answered on the second ring (you don't get that very often) Diane said she would get another drum out the next day, new drum arrived as promised. You can't beat a good service, will definitely use again. Thanks RM.

The heater came swiftly and well packaged, although not on the following day. That is likely to be the couriers fault.
The reason I did not give 5 * was that the heater was not what I was expecting. I have had (as I thought) the same wall heater from HSD for several years and wanted to replace it - same size, same shape, same reference number etc. The problem is that the product has changed shape and does not fit on the wall. On the HSD website it gives the measurements accurately, but the previous heater was portrait shape, and the present one is landscape. Even the pictures show that the smallest heater in the range is taller than it is wide. The dimensions on the site need to be aligned with the photographs/diagrams. The heater is good but HSD must change their website to give correct information.
