I ordered the wrong size electric blanket by mistake.
I phoned the company and spoke with a very nice man called Peter.
He arranged for the correct size to be delivered, which arrived the next day, and a returns label for the other one.
It was so refreshing to speak with someone so polite and helpful and the service was extremely efficient.
I will definitely use this company again.

Bought a heated bed blanket for my daughter at Xmas. Turns out she wanted a heated throw. I returned the bed blanket and was refunded very quickly. Ordered a throw which arrived within a few days of the order. My daughter loves it. Very efficient company. Good quality product. Would recommend

Amazing customer service. Ordered an item through wilko which was sent directly from hsd, I received an incorrect item which I found out was wilkos fault as they had privided hsd with the incorrect item details. Hsd were really helpful and made sure I received the correct item when I ordered a second time and they also helped me to get the incorrect item refunded when wilko were an absolute nightmare to get any sort of response from, even though it wasn’t hsd’s fault or problem
