"MYLEK Ceramic Electric Panel Heater: Waste of Money !"

MYLEK Ceramic Electric Panel Heater 2KW : (Completely waste of Money- £250)
I bought this heater yesterday. after looking into their (hsd online) product advertisement, product specifications/informations and I did spoken to one of the online customer service agent, who also informed me this heater is one of the best item, (total lie!). According to them this heater's area coverage is 22 m2 and it suppose to quickly heat up the room but really and truly, my honest opinion, they are completely lying to us (customers), after using it over 6 hours (continuously), this heater does not even warm up my small living room, forget about Big room. yes if you touch it you feel the heater is hot, but it does not make the room hot at all, not even warm. They said it will dramatically reduce the bill BUT I kept it on over 6 hours and and It could not make my small room hot, how could it reducing my bill? And finally what is the point to spend £250, if it does not serve the purpose, is not it better to go for oil filled radiator cost only for £50.
