"Absolutely shocking company"

Absolutely shocking company!

I ordered a watch strap from them which wasn’t then suitable so I returned it: had to pay to return the item and like others have raised, you have no tracking on the return. I eventually got an email telling me they’d received my product and they I’d get the money but it’s almost been a week and I still don’t have any money. They don’t reply to emails quickly and I’m now left still waiting for the money for the watch strap. Would never ever order anything from them again - much safer to use Amazon or a different website where they value communication and customer service.

Would stay very clear of this company, I ordered a few items and there was only an issue with one which I requested a coupon for so that I could order something else. Had to send the item back without tracking and this was to The Netherlands. As I’d used Klarna to pay for it i went into this to report a return and it wouldn’t let me state just one item so paused the remaining 2 payments (they’d already received one payment). It took a long time to receive confirmation of the return and there was no coupon attached so I contacted them. I had to repeat numerous times that I hadn’t received the coupon but they weren’t listening so I then asked for a refund on the one item, they agreed to this but charged me £3 for doing this. I asked them if they would contact Klarna and they didn’t seem to know what this was, they also accused me of doing a false chargeback on the full amount. I explained about Klarna yet again and that the payment was just paused and I had the full intention of paying for the items I had, they didn’t seem to understand this and of course I wasn’t happy at being accused of this. When I called them out on this they then told me that I could keep the items and wouldn’t have to pay the rest of the money. I then found they hadn’t contacted Klarna (surprise surprise) so I didn’t get the money back for the item I returned and had to pay the full amount.

In their reply to this review they yet again say I received the coupon, is it really that hard to understand I didn’t!!! Funny how they talk about Klarna in their reply but the representative had absolutely no idea what that was. I have all the emails sent from the company where they state the information in my review above and yes, Klarna closed it but they thought it had been resolved between us which it wasn’t because I didn’t get my coupon or refund even though everything was done correctly by me. I will not be emailing them again regarding this as it was a massive waste of time originally and they said I’d get my coupon, then my refund instead, this didn’t happen so think it would be pointless. Really wish I’d checked out reviews before ordering and that’s on me, but hopefully my mistake will stop others making the same one. Use a different company.

Update: after all this I’ve now gotten the refund (18th April), not sure why this wasn’t done when asked months ago, at least it’s finally done.

Bought two watch straps, one leaves am irritation on my skin, the other doesn't fit on my watch. Tried to return, had to pay, credit card declined, emailed for a refund, they never replied.

Despite advertising as a UK company this set up is based in the Netherlands. Advertised next day delivery but waited two weeks. When my item arrived it was too big for the watch. Had to return it to the Netherlands and pay for postage .
This is not a good company to deal with. Email responses take days and you end up going round in circles . Do not buy even though tempted by the very professional website.

Bad experience.
I ordered 2 watch straps and the system used for adding address gave incomplete address (Although postcode/ house name complete)
Apparently, Post Office 'Returned to Sender' but they won't replace as they say they have not got it back yet.
Over 2 weeks later, I am still waiting. I suspect, I won't be finding a refund or watch straps coming my way.

Scam... They've taken my money and not delivered anything I've tried to contact them and they just fob you off.... Do not buy from them

0 communication from customer service after several emails.
Company claims 2-4 business days delivery, mine was almost 10
Very stressful wait, not sure if it's a scam or not until I got the package.
One good thing is it arrived and it's what I ordered.
I would avoid it at all cost. Save yourself all the stress it creates.

Great experience from website to delivery. My strap (for a Galaxy Watch Ultra) is very good quality. However, definitely not as chunky as the official Samsung offering, but pretty close given the huge cost difference.
