I ordered a watch strap from Smartwatch Straps. co. uk Post Office sent me 4 different notifications that the strap was arriving the following day and never did arrive. I phoned Smartwatches and told them that I haven’t received my order. They told me that Post Office said they had no access to the property due to the snow. Smartwatch Straps sent me another strap immediately. Then the second strap arrived. I emailed Smartwatch Straps they said they appreciate my honesty and told me I could keep the strap. I would definitely use them again as they had no problem solving the problem immediately

I recently got a strap from Smartwatch straps, but guess what? I got the wrong one! I immediately shot them an email and within 30 minutes, I got a reply from Gavin at custopmer service. He apologised for the mix-up and offered to send the correct strap with a return label for the one I had recieved. It was all sorted within 72 hours, which was fantastic service, especially since we were in-between the Christmas break.
I couldn’t fault the customer service at all. It was top-notch! I wish all companies had the same customer service ethous. Overall, I had a great experience and would totally recommend them to anyone looking for a strap. I’ll definitely be buying my next strap from them.
