I thought I'd share my experience after seeing bad reviews regarding this company, I always check trust pilot when using a company for the first time, but decided to give this company a chance, mainly because they had a strap my daughter really wanted and we could not find it anywhere else.
My purchase came to just under £60, for 3 straps, case and screen cover which I thought was very reasonable, I paid £2 extra for the evri tracked due to the reviews and paid via my Klarna app as didn't want to input card details, they also except PayPal which also has an easier money back guarantee.
I made my purchase 28th of December, it stated a 2-5 day delivery, I give them a bit longer with it being New Year, on checking tracking even though it is a co.uk site, it stated NL which I think is Netherlands anyway, it had cleared customs Amsterdam 3rd of January, come 11th still nothing so I messaged on there site, I recieved an email back within about an hour, from a lovely customer service lady Iris, who stated they'd resend the package and I recieved another Evri tracking number and my order has arrived within a few days, everything correct in my order too, unsure what happened with the first order but they quickly responded and rectified, if it wasn't for the hassle of needing to message and recieve another tracking number, I would of give them 5.
(1st parcel has now turned up, bottom cut open and sealed with tape, must of been an issue at customs)

Order was apparently sent out on the 10/12/23. Emailed them after a week and was told to wait a couple more days.
Just got off the phone to them after a couple more days and what an absolute load of garbage the woman just told me.
Told me I should’ve choose track and trace!! Has obviously been lost in transit if ever was sent in the first place. Gonna send another one out today APPARANTLY, but can’t do that one track and trace as I didn’t with the one before. Joke of a company. Woman was very rude and would not even allow me to talk. RUDE!! Will update at an later date.

"Awful customer service"

Awful customer service, full of scammers. They've sent me a wrong product, I had issues with returning the product. Waited for an update for over a month without a refund. Finally had to dispute the charges with my bank, that's when I was told that they finally recived the returned product, which after few days came back to me with information that the parcel was never in the company hands like they told me.

The products themselves are not bad, but please believe me the whole fuss it is not worth it. They send me the wrong products twice. Every time I went back to them with explicit emails (took screen shots of the order, gave the exact name of the products, highlighted in PDF the products that I am missing), just for them to know what to send back. Anyways, it felt like I was talking to the walls, the lady I was talking to was not bothering reading all my emails, looking at my pictures etc.
I am waiting for a refund now, but to be very honest I might be waiting in vain. Terrible experience, terrible problem-solving customer support, terrible website and return policy, HONESTLY THE STRAPS ARE NOT WORTH IT!
