Read comments about slow delivery, but I could afford to wait, so ordered a strap, Royal Mail, no tracking. Amazed because it arrived in Sheffield from the Netherlands in 46 hours! Well... maybe more gobsmacked than amazed! Very impressive.

Where do I start?
Well they are definitely a legit company. However their business practices leave a lot to be desired.
My order took 4 days to even be given to the delivery company (I paid for express 2 day delivery). After two weeks my order finally arrived. But shock, wrong items. After going back and forth with trying to get me to use the incorrect items, they sent me a non tracked return label.
They are based in the Netherlands even though the website is .co.uk, their number is uk and address is London.
All in all, delivery time is a joke, customer service is also a joke too. The products they sell are good quality, if you ever get them and they are correct

The people in customer services - Margot, Lucas and Gavin were excellent. I was kept informed about my purchase which took its time to arrive. But that was the fault of the post office, not Smartwatch-straps. I made a small purchase - one inexpensive watch strap - but was treated like a very valued customer.
Thank you very much - a happy old lady with a smart new fitbit watch strap.

"Refunded by PayPal - dreadful service "
Firstly buy with credit card or PayPal. Company shows as based in the uk however watch strap sent from Netherlands & took longer than expected. When delivered wrong strap sent. No option on website to ask for refund - had to push for this. Eventually agreed to return but I had to purchase a return label, again had to return to Netherlands (make sure you get a certificate of posting - you will need that later). Waited & waited for refund & in the end had to claim via PayPal who required proof of posting. Dreadful to deal with.

"Not bad, would use again but opt for tracked delivery"
I opted for free delivery and it took a couple of days longer than expected. I contacted the seller who said to wait one more day and the strap arrived. The strap is very good and comes with its own fittings for my fitbit. The straps I tried before this one did not come with their own fittings and the fitbit ones were just a tiny bit too big so they had to go back.

I didn't receive the first strap, but after contacting the company, another was sent straight away. Received and very happy with the product and the speedy service from the retailer.

Ordered a strap for my fitbit 4 waited a while and when I received it didn't fit. And it was the wrong colour.ive emailed them ,called them and there phone rings out and then says not available. The give you 30 days to return item but by the time they get in touch or even decide to get in touch the 30 days will have passed..I'm taking this further
