Bought x3 Fitbit Versa 2 silicone straps. I accidentally ordered one large strap so sent an email asking them to change it to small/medium. Gavin from customer services was very helpful, he responded to my enquiry and made the amendment for me.

They ship very quickly which meant the first incorrect order I placed was also sent, but they made it very easy for me to return the spare straps when I let them know this was the case.

Very happy with the product, fits well and looks really nice.
