"I won't buy from this company again."

I won't buy from this company again, takes ages to arrive and customer service are so rude.
Received Garmin Venu 2S metal watch strap in unusable condition as the links wouldn't come out so I couldn't adjust the strap to fit my wrist.

* It was the STEEL STRAP ordered and the customer service know this, not the Milanese. The links are meant to be able to be removed to adjust the strap as everyone won't have the same size wrist, this is a fault in the strap. Again, don't buy from here.

They sent me a return label which I had to print, I explained I have no printer and they said they're at a loss now because "seems like I want to keep it AND get a refund" so aggressive and for what? Never once said I wanted to keep the watch I contacted specifically to return it.

It's not accessible to only have labels that need to be printed at home, not everyone has a printer, and definitely no need to blame this on customers when it's a business problem.

It’s a decent product and an inexpensive way to change up the look of my Fitbit. Would buy from them again, especially if they increased their product range.

Ordered some Fitbit Luxe watch straps from Smartwatch after two failed attempts to order original Fitbit ones that went missing in transit.

They took a couple of weeks to be delivered, but arrived today.

Very pleased with them. they fit perfectly and nicely made.

I would recommend them and helpful customer service.

Took a while to deliver. Granted it was easter weekend but still took a while after to deliver. Ordered 31st arrived on the 8th. I need to return the strap and have filled in all the forms but I am still waiting to have my return authorised. Don't know why I need it authorised and can't just return it as is my right.

"Cheap items and scam company "

I’m not sure why the reviews are so high for this company. The strap they sent was cheap, and the clasp was not useable for day-to-day use. I requested a return and they advised it was accepted, and I would not need to return the item. When a week went by and I had not received a refund, I was then told that only faulty orders do not need to be returned, despite my return request saying opposite. Since then, they have not advised where the order needs to be returned to, and have not replied to my 7 attempts to get in contact with them. Scam company - avoid!!!

I had recently ordered a Milanese strap and the pins are loose, unfortunately i had lost one of the pins, i contacted by email Smartwatch to ask if possible to purchase another pin, i got a response fairly quickly saying they were sorry about my query and that they would send out replacement pins. I got 2 pins in the post fairly quickly and no charge was asked for so i was very pleased with the outcome.

I purchased a screen cover for my watch 4, for 8.99. This product is cheap Chinese made you can buy it on ebay/amazon for less than half of this price. And it's tat, you can get a hard cover for this price and its much more durable.

I also purchased the titanium strap classic in black. It was 55 and I'm not impressed for this kind of money I would expect better, again it just looks and feels low quality.

In future, I would avoid. If you are looking for a nice titanium strap that actually looks like the value you paid on it. Just get the original Samsung brand.
