Very fast delivery despite coming from the Netherlands. Not a UK based company. However I cannot complain as the strap feels very good quality. Fitted perfectly on the watch. Had to remove 3 links to fit, so should fit the biggest wrists. Very pleased.

Well, I have now been told I cannot return a strap that was sent to me. It is the wrong strap. I have been told that it is "compatible" and will fit. No where on the order confirmation does it say it is 'compatible'. It is 20mm instead of 40mm and isn't what I ordered. What an awful scam company. You have a legal right to return an item if its not what you ordered. Don't use this company!!!

Absolutely shocking company. Bought on 16th March & paid £4.99 extra for Royal Mail 24 (2+3 days). Now day 4 has gone too.
The tracking number is not recognised by Royal Mail as 24. Also track your order with Shop says, No Tracking Updates Found.
Email sent yesterday and no reply.
Bought this strap as going on holiday on Saturday so should've been plenty of time.
Please, save yourself some grief and shop elsewhere.

My original Galaxy Fit2 strap had almost split in two, so I was hoping to find a replacement that would mean I could still use the watch. The strap is well priced, relatively easy to fit (albeit a snug fit, but that's a positive as it means the watch is held securely!), and arrived quite quickly considering it was sent from overseas.

It seems rare these days that product or customer service exceed my expectations but.... I can safely say, this business has achieved this.

I purchased a few items to protect my new Garmin and dress with a couple of new straps.

First of all, the items were received really quickly and well packaged.

Opening the pack, I was well impressed with the quality. I bought a titanium strap that was a fraction of the Garmin cost.

Then in to customer service. I ended up putting the screen protector on wrong. Completely my fault but after a chat with the customer service team, they were able to help me with a new screen protector.

All in all, a brilliant experience and I'll certainly be using them again!

"Sent me a defective strap"

Sent me a defective strap. I asked for a refund but was directed multiple times to an online form to request either a replacement of the same item, or an alternate replacement with 10% off. Indy, the rep I've been communicating with has not been helpful at all and it seems I can't return the item as the form issued does not give the option. Also don't try to upload a video of a damaged item not working, they can't accept those file. Absolutely rubbish, wouldn't recommend.
