I ordered a Large and a Medium to find the best fit. It turns out that it's UK sizing so I actually got a US Medium and a US Small. I emailed their customer service and they kindly recommended the XL (US Large). I received the jacket and LOVED it.

Unfortunately, my other two jackets were past the return deadline for a monetary refund. Instead of sticking me with a 1k bill for the jackets they still let me return them. So I now rock my perfect fitting jacket as much as I can here in LA.

Overall great experience!

"Terrible service"

Wanted to buy a jacket for over 400 quid from them. Sent a question on WhatsApp and got automated response saying Lucy or lily would get back to me.
Heard nothing from them so sent a further message and got the same automated response.
Still waiting for an actual reply over a month later.

Gives me very little faith in spending £500 on a jacket from them...

I bought a jacket that was a size too big. Normally I wear XS. But the customer service rep I spoke with said I should get a size S.

I had trouble getting through the Returns Manager to initiate an exchange b/c I didn't have the correct order #. I emailed them for help. It took 7 days for them to respond back. Which is whatever, things are busy, I get it.

But it was clearly an auto-generated response message telling me to go through the Returns Manager (My original message said Returns Manager wasn't working...) I emailed them back to clarify. They responded w/ the SAME auto-generated message.

I had to go message them on Instagram saying that I haven't been helped. Finally, a human being responds to me w/ the info I needed.

I proceed, but now the Returns Manager won't take my phone number. I've emailed them twice for help on this issue, but to no avail.

For such an expensive product, I expected better service. I'm now sitting around with an unwearable jacket for two weeks and a headache. I'm disappointed, and honestly I can't recommend this brand to other people.

I placed an order for a scarf costing £63 on the 25.10.20. I was contacted by Boda Skins on the 26.10.20 advising me that the scarf was out of stock. The email asked me to choose something else!

I mailed back immediately asking for a refund as I didn’t want anything else. To date I have had no response! I have communicated via email on three occasions, WhatsApp once and tried to call! There has been no response at all!

Something that I find very odd is Boda Skins are still advertising the scarf on their website as being in stock.

Please don’t purchase from this store you may as well throw your money away!

"The best leather jacket I've bought…"

The best leather jacket I have ever bought. The quality of the leather is outstanding. Incredible attention to detail and care with which it is manufactured. Without a doubt, you can tell that it is a luxurious, resistant product that you know will last you for years with the correct care.

Not to mention it has a perfect fit, almost like a glove, it feels tailored to your body. If you get overwhelmed by the different sizes that they handle, guide yourself through their site, and write to them directly, by giving your measurements to their customer service team, they will be more than happy to help you. I bought the Kay Michaels Jacket on BODA SIZE man M.

The packaging its also really cool, but you have to see it for your self, so I won't give any spoilers about it. It makes you feel special.

Excelent customer service. It’s efficient and very friendly, I was helped by Lily Branagan to clear my doubts and place my order. The jacket came PERFECT. The engraving came with a little spelling mistake, I reach out to Lily again and they send me a new one for free.

As for shipping, I live in Mexico and it arrived in 3 days with express shipping, I thought it would take more honestly, more because of the regulations due to the pandemic.

Update: I was helped by Glyn, who was very attentive and acted as quickly as possible to fix the situation. He got me the right size, and though we had to wait a while for it to arrive, it's a beautiful jacket and I look forward to wearing it for years to come.

Had a terrible experience :( More than a month ago my husband and I ordered a jacket for my birthday. We were in touch with the customer service team directly who recommended a size Large for me, and said they would make the package special for my birthday. I’ve never worn a large in my life so I ordered a medium, and not only was the medium huge on me, the package was addressed to my husband wishing happy birthday to him. Customer service said they would make this right, and it’s now been weeks of waiting for the exchanged size, many follow-ups to customer service to check where the package is and no response from anyone. After spending so much money on the jacket I would have hoped for much better service. Really disappointed.

The people who work at Bodaskins are just the nicest, sweatest and helpful people! They know what good customer service is. Lily has helped me picking the right jacket in the right size and no mather how many questions I have asked, I’ve got the nicest answer everytime. The jackets are also beautiful, great quality and beautiful leather, awesome fitting =D Definetely not the last time I will buy a bodaskins!! Thank you Lily!
