I have so much wonderful things to say about the great customer service they provide especially Lily she is the kindest and sweetest person I ever dealt with. She help me in every situation and came to my rescue. She was literally my guardian angel. Very patient and helpful with me even tho I'm a little difficult at times. Thank you so much Lily.

I am dealing with the same problem now !! My jacket was never sent it been two weeks now they finally emailed me back saying they are going to investigate because they sent it out !! However all that time if they would tell me the jacket is lost then I would hurry rushed to order another one !! Now I see my size is gone !! They told me they will get back to me within 24 hours it’s now now the end of the month ! I retreat I regret alpt buying from them !! I don’t even want the jacket or deal with this company anymore ! No communication what so ever !! May be if you live in England it works but not for out of country consumers !!! This is a shame to have only two plp customer service !! I’m going to file a claim now to get my money back !!! I hate this type of process !!

Each time I spoke with Lily she was a huge help. Even after receiving my order and it was too small, Lily made me feel at ease during the entire time. After seeing their coats in a Facebook ad, I had to click on it to see what it was all about. The shearling are lush and luxurious. They remind me of the ‘90s when shearling were huge. But, these are so modern and fashion forward. The styles are classic and you don’t have to worry about your investment being too trendy. I’m excited to wear my Jet shearling when it gets cold. It’s a winter statement piece!!
