Very nice Jacket, awesome quality and perfect fit, even better in hands than on pics.

I ordered a size UK XL, I'm 1.86m and 94KG and it fits perfect imo.

The costumer service is also very nice and helpful, thanks again to Lucy, she helped and assisted me a lot trough the whole process.

"Absolutely Amazed With The Quality"

Received my new Kay Michaels Gold yesterday and I have to say hands down, this is the best leather jacket I have ever come across. Starting with the packing and the meticulous care that was taken to ship it, you can really see the efforts taken. The leather is so soft and the fit is terrific. The design of the jacket is magnificent though and with the gold hardware, it just seems extra special. Also, the name engraving option makes it a truly personal piece. Overall a jacket worth investing in and kudos to the level of customer service. Special mention to Lily Branagan for always being there to help. Looking forward to my next one soon!

Not only was the product of 5+ star (I'd give 5 more if I could) but the service was amazing.

I was helped with sizing to make sure I got the best fit and what a success.

The sheepskin is of highest quality (when they say Luxury, they mean it) and the construction is a+

The shipping was also so quick, I was stunned it arrived as fast as it did.

Smooth, effortless and brilliant! Once you go Boda, you will not want anything else.

"Beautiful jackets, questionable customer service"

Best looking jackets on the market, but here’s my experience with customer service:

- Initially response times were very slow. They didn’t read my emails fully when they asked how the jacket fit. Ex) I had said “the jacket fit perfect everywhere except the sleeve length is too long and the waist is too big, I’m gonna have to get it tailored” They reply with “I’m glad to hear your jacket fits perfect!” .. Like what even?

In an attempt to change my trust pilot review to 5 stars, they had tried to come up with a solution to my size issue, but couldn’t. They were friendly but still a problem with communication and reading emails properly... This was odd because I’ve never had this happen and I’ve shopped online plenty.

Still, I give 3 stars because the jackets look amazing.

"Customer service nightmare"

Customer service nightmare! I’ve been in exchange limbo for almost a month. They take so long to get back to you that jackets you’re trying to exchange for will literally sell out in the time they respond to your request. Working with this company is complete torture and I’ve never experienced anything like it. It’s almost like they’re holding my exchange hostage. I love their jackets so much, but I don’t feel like a valued customer n any facet. I feel like I’m hassling them just to get what I paid good money for. I don’t know what to do.
