I have ordered my contacts three weeks ago, provided my prescription, and still have not received them. Instead, my order status says "See Order Notes", which means I have to again call the WebEyeCare customer service to solve a problem. This is the worst experience I have ever made shopping for contact lenses online.

Follow-up: I just got the response from WebEyeCare in which they notified me that I forgot to specify that per my prescription the lens for my left eye is a multifocal. This detailed escaped me and WebEyeCare did a great job in responding, and shipped my contacts with expedited shipping. Apologies for my unwarranted complaint and kudos for your great handling of the matter.
