Once again your response is wrong to ordering contacts. I never received a invoice from PayPal. I did order the right contacts. With a discount. Do not try to cover up your mistake. I will never order from your unprofessional company again.

"After reading several of the one-star…"
After reading several of the one-star reviews and the company's response, I was confident moving forward with this retailer. I placed my order knowing my prescription (brand, power, base curve, etc.), but I did not have a copy of the prescription to upload. Webeyecare.com's customer service department contacted my optometrist, and the order was packed the next day. I received the order 5 days after I submitted it, and I only imagine it would have been faster had I possessed my written prescription to upload.
I cannot stress enough that you must order the same brand, type, power, and base curve that is on your prescription: there is only so much a retailer can do with US laws and regulations in place.
I would definitely recommend this retailer, and I will purchase from them again.

"Dishonest Customer Service"
Webeyecare shipped the wrong contact lens. When I contacted them Sheidley verified from his customer service manager Mary they would send a complimentary pair of lenses for my trouble. After sending two emails and calling to ask where my lenses were I got this response from Mary. "There was nothing in writing and we sent you a replacement lenses right out." Mary then complained that I hadn't sent the box of wrong lenses back yet. I told her I would ship them when they honor their word. Terrible customer interaction.

Unlike another website that I ordered from before and three weeks later I was still waiting for my contact lenses even to be shipped, my order from WebEyeCare arrived even earlier than expected. Add to it a very attractive price and a quick and smooth process of placing an order and it makes a website/company that I'll definitely order from again.

"Poor Quality"
I've bought contacts from WebEyeCare numerous times and never had a quality issue. When I reordered my contacts this last time, I received what appeared to be the correct lenses however when I put the lenses on approximately 50% of the time they have a scratchy feel or cause blurry vision. At first I thought it was my eyes getting MUCH worse but when I tried another contact from the same package it was fine. I also know it's not my eyes because sometimes it's my right eye and sometimes it's my left eye and also I can see perfectly with my eye glasses with the same prescription.
So every morning when I wake up and put my contacts on, there's a 50/50 chance I need to throw out a contact and try a new one. Looking at their defective lenses return policy they want you to return 85 out of 90 of the lenses. It took me a couple weeks, trying a million different methods(i.e. washing my hands repeatedly before applying, flushing my eyes, using another contact solution before applying), triple the normal amount of contacts I use, and lot of frustration to realize this batch was defective. I will likely order my next set of contacts through my doctor or another source.

"Very dishonest"
Ordered contacts and shortly after found I needed something else. Followed the instructions on their website to cancel the order before it shipped. They did not cancel the order as requested. I didn't even get shipping confirmation until after the contacts were delivered. Now that I want to return the order that they failed to cancel they say I have to pay a restocking fee. They're dishonest at best, there are better companies to work with that have similar cost.
