I've have been using WebEye care for about 4 years but I no longer will once I received my last batch of contact. What horrible customer service. I received an incorrect prescription, my confirmation with the doctors of my prescription never went through on their end. The guy who answered my phone call said you would need to physically go there and get a copy of the prescription and only then they would exchange and provide me with the correct orders. No apologies or anything. There are other companies that do this and are much friendlier.
